I am giving one star. Because I cannot give 0 stars upon arrival today. April 9th on this Tuesday, this cashier, at 4:50 PM, told me that he would not honor my 7-11 gas rewards. Why have the program if the idiot that works here is not going to honor it? This will be my absolute last time shopping at 7-11 anywhere. I will never spend another dime. This is garbage.

Upon arrival cashier was arguing with another customer. Did not give customer his free item although he redeemed his points. Then, I picked up tissue that was 1.79 even showed him the price tag. All he had to say was sorry I scanned the barcode and it is actually $7. Argued Me down and proceeded to say next time they will change the tags instead of abiding by it. 0/10

Whoever the lady that works here every day.. has a terrible attitude towards women.. especially me… Every time I come here I ask for the same thing behind the counter.. she knows me well yet she gives me the run around like she doesn’t know what I am talking about… I am done coming to this gas station because of her attitude towards me…she walked away from the counter as she was ringing me up one day to stock stuff on the shelf just to waste my time.. I don’t know what her problem is but she is running business off and needs to be trained in customer service.. especially towards other black women.
