They had an internet problem charged me 3 times and when I went to show the cashier and explain he ignored me and said nothing he could do I would need to contact someone else! He had no clue what he was doing.

They were trying to scam a lady that dont speak english, She asked for 20 gas and they returned 20 from a 50 bill i womder how many people the workers scam, Bad service

This is the first 7-11 I've been to with a self checkout machine! There is an African American guy who works there who is very nice, I didn't get his name though.

Thus 7/11 is an embarrassment to the brand. Ice machine is always broken. Gas pumps always broken. Store is dirty and all the food has been under that hot lamp for hours. Need new ownership badly. People in the area avoid this 7/11.Take some pride in your business you clowns ?!!!

When I walk in the attendant was sitting behind the counter hidden. But when an American walked in...he stands up and greets. Huh!! What a respect!!!

Very disappointed. 7-11 has come a long way, renovation stores, upgrading marketing, and dedicating time to customer service. NOT THIS LOCATION! They refused me service. They would not give a reason either. Very upset.

False advertising, not the first time. I pick up items advertising a deal and then at the register, I am gouged with the full price. The corresponding ad is dated within date and the items were correct, but the cashier refused to honor the advertised price. The cashier threw the signage away… smh. I bought nothing on principle.

This gentleman told me he had to finish working before he could help me. He closed the store and locked it …!!!
