When I walk in the attendant was sitting behind the counter hidden. But when an American walked in...he stands up and greets. Huh!! What a respect!!!

Very disappointed. 7-11 has come a long way, renovation stores, upgrading marketing, and dedicating time to customer service. NOT THIS LOCATION! They refused me service. They would not give a reason either. Very upset.

False advertising, not the first time. I pick up items advertising a deal and then at the register, I am gouged with the full price. The corresponding ad is dated within date and the items were correct, but the cashier refused to honor the advertised price. The cashier threw the signage away… smh. I bought nothing on principle.

They charged me $30 but i only got $20 in my tank, when i tried to tell them they said if you don't have a receipt we can't help you. So ridiculous why would you only put $20 when you clearly heard me say $30. They robbed me 10 and had the audacity to tell me to look for it in the trash. Worst customer service i never seen such sad people.

It's really funny seeing the "owner" post a reply saying "for cleaning and sanitation some 7-Elevens will be closed from 12 a.m. till 5 a.m" but when you actually go to the store and they're closed you see the employee sitting there the entire time doing ABSOLUTELY nothing or maybe stocking a couple of products on the shelf definitely not cleaning. and I know that for a fact, because for the whole hour they were closed, I waited outside the store. I had walked up there, so I waited for them to open, and the employee never left my line-of-sight. He was literally sitting doing nothing the entire hour they were closed. Absolutely horrible customer service!! And the hilarious part is all the pictures people have posted on here of the younger black guy working talking about him locking the doors or being that a customer service, he's the one and the only one that closes the store overnight and just sits there doing nothing..... he is the absolute worst employee ever 7-Eleven you need to get rid of him and get someone else!

They say they are open 24 hours but they are most certainly not. Sure the Exxon gas station is open... along as you're not paying with cash. Very deceptive.

Half the gas tanks today are roped off, not working. A couple others the credit card machines were not working. Pretty inconvenient when the parking lots full of people trying to get gas.

At the time of writing this it is noon 5/14/2022. I go to this gas station quite often considering it's lose to my house, though they must not care about business. I went out to run errands and needed to get diesel for my truck, I pull in and to my disappointment the diesel pumps are still taped off and have been for at least 2 or 3 weeks. I go in to ask why they're still taped off and I had to ask twice before getting an answer of "they're broken." Currently diesel is $5.24 per gallon and I see a lot of work trucks around the area and most of those run on diesel including my truck. They're missing out on a lot of business and money from not making the repair of those pumps a priority. For example with my truck (34 gallon tank): 5.24 x 34 = $179! That's how much they lost just from me alone! Now consider all the other trucks that come around, they're losing thousands of dollars if not tens of thousands of dollars every day those diesel pumps are down.
