Service here is horrible. Iv eaten here several times from the Larado side and the staff is not welcoming and the bacon is always burnt. Today will be my last visit here.

Wow, I bet you never thought you'd hear me say this about a gas station, but this 7-Eleven in Dallas truly deserves five stars. This two-story 7-Eleven is unlike any other, featuring actual cigars, including Cuban cigars, a restaurant, and a walk-in wine area with a wide selection of everything you could need. It's more like an actual store than a gas station or convenience store. This is one of the nicest 7-Elevens I've ever been to. The staff are cool, and the store is really clean – you can tell they're really proud of it. Five stars!

Worst customer support ever,I wanted to return a charger that doesn’t work and they kept waiting for more than 30mins even after showing them the receipt.
The manager assistant just disappeared and the front workers didn’t care.

Some of the cashiers there are uninviting.. One guy was swiping my debit card so hard through the machine that he could've damaged the strip on the back.. It was almost like he didn't care and a customer behind me stated that I'll probably end up needing a new card because of how rough that cashier was with my card.. Haven't been back to that store since..

Walked in 2/19/24 at around 2:40am. Needed a restroom and some snacks on the way home. Walked into the restroom and it was a mess. Paper towels all over the floor, no toilet paper in either stall, no seat covers. Good thing I didn’t need a seat cover or toilet paper. When I informed the first associate her response was “I don’t do the mens’ room.” The other (male) associate just laughed it off.

I visited this location today to buy gas and get coffee. After finding a coffee machine that worked out of the 6 others that appeared to be out of service, I did my normal check of the spouts where the coffee is dispensed only to find an abundance of mold and some type of crust all over. ( see pic). Needless to say I did not purchase any coffee as I don't want to end up ill. I hope this review initiates some changes.

The tacos are good but the soda fountain is not. I tried 3 different drinks and they all tasted off, like there's something wrong with the machine. I ended up throwing out my drink on the way out just because it tasted so gross.

The gas prices for reward members hasnt been updated in weeks. I lost out on a 29 cent discount today. No thanks.

Avoid using Ubereats for ordering taquitos from this place. Despite my logical expectation that they might have been sitting for a while, I assumed they would at least microwave them for basic warmth. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case – they were stone cold. I had to throw them away.
