Workers tend to be on the ride side. I realize this location probably has a lot of problem customers but that's no reason to treat everyone like thieves.

This isn’t a well rated location, I walked in to purchase an item and pump gas. They didn’t have the item I was trying to buy, so I was trying to purchase an item on ‘sale’ price posted on the shelf. The employee had poor communication skills I didn’t understand what she was saying, and didn’t understand me either. She finally scanned the item after telling her that the price is posted on the shelf (all locations have this so I know it’s right) and it showed at full price. I’m fully aware that the cashier can proceed with the rewards offer such as 2 for a discounted price and so forth. She asked me if it was card to scan it, and I said this isn’t the correct price for this it’s posted. She essentially told me to scan my card and I said ‘Nah this price is wrong’ and she turned to the side and said ‘ok go then’. That was my plan anyways I’m not going to pay for something they refuse to redeem, and conduct business in the establishment with negligent employees. I walked out of there, and went across the street to RaceTrac, I’m not sure how 7-11 employs people who don’t honor their own deals at the register. I’ve had this happen at another 7-11, the best part was my brother going to the register beside me buying the item and getting the discount with 7rewards, and with the register I was at he said it wasn’t on special and tried to charge me full price. That’s how I know that they’re able to deny an offer even though you enter your rewards information, and they still act like it’s not then but the system. I’m not sure how miserable you have to be to screw customers over like that, I guess the extra money they charge goes to their check bonus. 🤣

horrible location, african employee accused me of stealing. I told the cashier that was checking me out never mind and took my business elsewhere. I work at a bank across the street I don’t need to steal.

Me and my pregnate wife went inside to purchase drinks , we stepped inside restroom togather because she needed to vomit . While she is puking the employee kept banging on the door saying i need to open the door , im telling him to wait over and over , finaly we step out and on the way out this dark skinned employee stops us at the door claiming that i stole some aluminum foil . Like really what in the world am i going to steal that for , anyways i fear for my pregnate wife and i unlocked the door myself by pushing past him and as my wife leaves the door he pushes her and i automaticly shove him back into store and he starts spraying maze at me , my wife has a bruise on her arm . This employee needs to be fired they are racist and very dirty store to begin with .

Don't buy coffe here the cashiers give u the lids for the coffe they don't even use gloves is nasty they are touching everybody money and giving people the lids
