Today friday 06/27/2025 i wen with My brother to ask for his wallet back...
He wen on wesday 06/25 to Buy 3 drinks and he forgot his wallet.
Two people in front counter an old guy anda a young lady.. first lady ask what color My brother respond it is black it has two ids inside My mothers and My..
At first lady try to help and shows a partial wallet just they part tha holds two cards .. But old guy Star talking to her on a different language after tha she turn a bit mean...and says there is not more wallets My brother tell her tha the day before the others employees show Him 4 diferent wallets i tell Him to came back the next day.. lady just raise her voive and kick My brother out ...
The way they act just show tha they want to keep My brothers wallet...

The employees there suck to be honest today was my worst experience so I went to buy 2 drinks and some wings when it was time for me to check out I entered my number then inserted my card for some reason there card read was not working properly I swipe my card multiple times then I go in to my account they had charged my bank account twice I showed them they didn't care so I grab what I paid for Im going to sue them

I’ve been going to this 7/11 for 4 years and today I go to load my chime card the 2older Iranian guys took my card which they’re not supposed to do and then tell me they can’t do it I will not be spending anymore money here and I have a lot of people behind me bad customer service rude racism at its finest they need to be fired but I see why a lot of them are on they way too Closing down

I went today twice most of the time one time every day ..
Never check prices till today reward costumers 1.00 dollar drink and also I bought a concha Mexican bread posted at 1.89
I got charge 1.39 for that drink and 2.29 for that concha....
I they the cashier and he just play innocent I I have being buying this for years....
Afther keep complaining I got .25 cents back

I like this 7eleven but the workers always give me the stink eye, one time they even made me put my bag at the front of the store. I guess it hasn’t occurred to them that starring me down everywhere I go would make me uncomfortable, but it does. I would never steal or shoplift from any store, especially one that I am a loyal customer to. Please tell your employees that it’s not very polite to trail behind me like I’m about to rob the place.

The worker walking around the store immediately very aggressively tried to help us the second we stepped into an area telling us things we could either see ourselves or didn't need to know. As we tried to look around and see what was available or that we wanted he continued to tell us things we didn't ask. After I had gotten what I needed he immediately pointed Right In Front Of My face and loudly told me where the lids were (right in front of my face and I had already looked exactly at them when he pointed) and I tried to tell him that wasn't what I was looking for and he repeated that that was were they were. I said again, that's NOT what I wanted and he finally backed off, but continued badgering my partner repeating things and not letting him look at anything without explaining it. We felt very uncomfortable and I personally felt belittled and anxious with how he pointed in my face to show me something right in front of me. There were also a lot of flies flying around and landing on us. Very poor experience here.

The 7-11 on Walnut Hill @ Plano Rd. Is the best!!I can always find freshly brewed Iced Tea, not from a concentrate in a pump. I have never found any out-of-date or sale expired items so you can tell that whoever manages this store cares about accuracy and freshness. Although it is an inconvenience to drive around the fuel pumps being replaced and improved, the smiles and welcomes I receive when I come into the store make it all worthwhile.
