Came to get gas and etc guy inside says they are closed. How can you be closed if it say open 24 hours. As I’m sitting in they are sitting down looking at movies on the phone. Yall need to update the hours or something if this is false advertisement

I totally understand hiring immigrants, Im an immigrants son, but their concept of English is lacking at this location.
Specifically told the cashier that I wanted 3 texas lottery tickets/cash option/no multiplier. Brings me 3 different txlottery tickets with multiplier and annuity payments. Said he printed them and that I had to pay for them now. Ridiculous. I specifically said, 'DId you not hear anything I requested? Im not paying for these.' He proceeded to get angry and raise his voice, in front of customers. I walked out and don't need them to tell me to not come back. Ill pay for what I order, not someone elses wrong tickets yall printed out and stash on the machine for others.

If i could give a negative star I would. I tried to use points to get a coffee. Eunice wouldn't let me. I told him I had enough points to cover it, 3500. The coffee was 1500 points. I even showed him my app and that i had the points. He would not help me. Wouldn't even scan it. He just said call customer service repeatedly. He started raising his voice to talk to me.

Guy working literally told me it was closed, checked and clearly said open 24 hours. Not coming here again.

Charged me twice for a cup of ice that was my own cup. Like you charged me 2.50$ a 7lb bag of ice is 3.49. Like what a giant rat thing to do never coming back.

Not very convenient. Fix your machines. Tired of to these places where the owners are so cheap they refuse to fix the very things that draw customers in. Won't be back and will drive further to a different location. Do not believe in rewarding bad business

Disgusting filthy restroom. Urine everywhere..I think I need a tetnis shot now. As an uber driver and for all humanity clean restrooms are a must without exception. I will never return to this location and I highly recommend no one does either
