6 30 AM on a Wednesday morning is not the best time to turn the gas pumps off and lock the doors to do whatever needs to be done.. you had a lot of people pulling up and leaving, that’s when your customers are needing gas to get to work!

I am thoroughly disgusted with the white guy with the bald head the tall one, I find it very offensive every day he works I see him he is always walking around with his pants unzipped this is very unprofessional, and when you say something to him about it he just wants to make jokes about it.... There are kids in here every morning... Please make him start zipping his pants up.. this has gone on too long and not to mention sometimes he has an attitude problem...

Not 24 hours!!!!! For a whole week me n my man tried to go after he got off work sometimes at 1 am sometimes at 3 and they're always closed !!!!!!!! Same for the other 2 on ft worth n Jefferson it's sad

I am really disappointed with my Uber Eats delivery order on 5-17-23 at 4:50 pm. My pizza was so burned it had black bubbles the size of golf balls all over it. The pepperoni was cooked so hard it flipped up. I could actually smell the burn before I opened the box. I'm shocked that someone actually sent this to me. Also I was given a walnut brownie with an expired date. I just discovered that today. I have pictures of everything. I would like to send the pictures to a manager. I have my delivery receipt.

Horrible customer services the cashier was a man and he treated me so bad there . I went in there and he was just standing there doing nothing and looked at me then looked back down . I told him I was ready and he was like what you mean you ready with an attitude. This is not the first time that he does this and gives and attitude. Very disrespectful and unprofessional if he doesn’t want to work in customer services or be there then he should quit .

It's something about 711 convenient stores because as I'm doing Uber again another night. I needed gas and had to use the restroom to wash my hands as well as use the restroom. The employee said I couldn't use it because the store manager said so and I asked why when it's COVID and that's unsanitary to tell a paying customer that they can't use the restroom use the sink that's in the back of the store where the coffee area is. The sink clearly says not for hand washing for dumping only! So he started saying that he has it closed because he's not trying to catch COVID after cleaning up s*** and piss behind our a** " His exact words " I made sure I recorded the whole issue. So I asked the other clerk that was coming in from outside. Is his shift about to start and may I use it he said he can't let us use it due to sanitation reasons because his manager said so. So that makes two employees on the same shift at this location! I hate 711 and they employees. So convenient huh??? Hmmmmm lord knows it's lies!!!! I hate I had to rate just to post this because they don't deserve a Star period!!!!!

I don't have any complaints about the store itself it's just a location it's at a very busy intersection and it's hard to get out of there at times either that or you got to go a different way and then turn around to get your direction you need to go because of all the traffic.
