I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have done service with them 3 times, first time everything was good Im guessing because that was 6 years ago. A month ago I had some invitations done with them, there was a misunderstanding with the guy while we were on the phone he started to get an attitude at me. I told him nicely that there wasnt any reason to raise his voice at me. Anyways after working out everything I got the invitations but I needed to get 25 more. I took them in last friday (I thought since they already had the template that it would be much easier then finding a new place) and was told they would have them ready by Tuesday. I call today (Wednesday) they told me they couldn't find the order. The girl who took the order (Anahi) told me she could see the receipt but not the order. So now they tell me they wont have them ready until tomorrow (Thursday). So that means that if I hadnt call my order would had never been place. They defenetely need to provide better customer service! The prices may be good but the service that I personally received in the past 2 services has been horrible.
