Street parking (not legal, but no one bothered myself and 3 other trucks) outside facility. Opens at 8am. I think its first come, first serve. Back into dock off the street, ez-pz. Quick and easy unload. No lumper fee.

For the fraud, and financial reviews, we paid everything on time to the 3th party freight broker, but it's out of our control and responsibility that that broker didn't pay you for whatever reason.

They are easy off load. Dock takes a little work to get into but the forklift driver in the truck working when you touch the dock
