Abercrombie & Fitch is a well-stocked, organized men's clothing store with a great selection. Customers appreciate the clearance racks and the availability of extra-small sizes. The customer service is generally top-notch, with staff helping customers with returns and exchanges. However, some customers have found the staff to be unhelpful and the fitting rooms to be inconvenient, as they are locked and require flagging down a staff member, who may be short-staffed and only behind the cash wrap. The store has a "darker" aesthetic compared to the bright, all-white look of some other locations, which some customers prefer.
I love it here. So many other online options not found in other stores. If the price is cheaper online they price match.
