“Brittni and Tom at this Montfort location went above and beyond customer service and the security and verification process of keeping my unit extra secured and protected while I left the country was beyond expectation. They ensured me and stood behind their word til I returned. Also when I returned they changed my latch due to little bend in it and also changed weatherstrip on door to keep my stuff secure and dry as well. And also updated me thru the whole process with their calls and emails. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them and working with this location. Thank you Brittni and Tom again”

“Avery was very helpful when I came to Public Storage on Slocum Street. I had not rented a storage unit in a while and she took the time to show me different size units. I showed up near closing and Avery was still very polite and courteous. She answered all of my questions. I returned the next day and Avery still had a very pleasant demeanor. The rental process was quick and easy. My unit is clean, elevators are working, there was a cart to use to help transport my belongings. The ease of the app to unlock gates and use the elevator went very smoothly.”

“We had a wonderful experience on Thursday, February 26, 2026. We were renting a van to transport handbell equipment for our church's handbell choir. Taylor Martin took excellent care of us. She was polite, efficient and very helpful. And we left a folder in the cab of the van. There were some important documents and concert tickets in it. She called us the next morning to let us know that she had it and held it for us until we could get there to pick it up. She was awesome!”

I had a awful, never going to that place again experience in my first review here.
Rob got the call from Cherrie with U-Haul Customer Relations and was filled in on the situation.
He had 30 minutes, What did he do?
Greeted me when I arrived, had my information ready, the trailer pulled aside for us (maybe, looked that way ?) and his employee helped with the hitch.
Most importantly to the first review my complaint rests, he explained clearly and patiently each question when I didn't understand, and how it affected my reservation.
Side note: To the trigger happy 911 dialers over there at 12215 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy, Garland, TX with the awareness and constitution of frightened ferrets in my first review, cause this might help you based off of your track record of losing people.
This is how you earn your business and do well in customer service, just in case you guys liked having money.

“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”

Then, when returning I was mistakenly billed for refueling, but with one email they took it off right away no questions asked. Fantastically run operation.”

I never had an issue, my keys were stolen, I called and spoke with the manager, she was so prompt on getting a locksmith, to change my lock. This is the only storage I’ll use, if I need a storage in the future.”
