What a bank should be. Outstanding personal customer service that is a thing of the past in most banks today. I’ve appreciated the courtesies and responsiveness. Glad I’ve started banking at TRB.

if I could give it 0 stars I would. Staff is very rude making everything hard. wouldn't let me deposit a check even though I am on the account I preffer driving to denton to experience a better time.

I would give them a -10 if I could worst experience with a bank! My previous bank was bought out by Accessbank been a nightmare ever since.It doesn't matter how long or how much money you have in multiple (business and personal) accounts they always give you a hard time! Hold your money or they don't fund you!

really poor communication. Wasted our time for 5 weeks on procurement of a loan , only to deny for reasons disclosed at the start of the loan process. Unprofessional as there is no set rules to qualify for a loan, it is completely arbitrary. So many banking options, word to the wise don't waste your time with this bank.

Great personal service NOT found in any Bank nowadays. Could not imagine banking anywhere else. If you want personal attention, a kind greeting by everyone when you walk into the lobby, and a quick response to your needs when a problem arises then this is the bank for you . With a daughter overseas in college Access has gone way beyond what a bank should do to assist.

Not good there was an hour before they closed and then they saw my check and told me they didn't have the money to cash it and if it was over 25 dollars that they couldn't cash it. Stupid.
