Crew is very helpful and always available. Bring the part you need replaced or a picture with measurements, and they can almost always find a solution for you.

Genuine thank you to the man that advised me of foaming wasp spray. Without his willingness when I walked in to tell me of it, I would've likely just bought the regular spray.
Wish I could take a picture of the nest of Yellow Jackets, but with his help I went full Agent Orange.
Great service, attentively helped, and Missy at the counter made it even better. Best Ace in the area, hands down, stung or not(once)

Walked around the store twice trying to find something it said was in stock online, no aisle listed. No help offered, a few workers just stared at me though.
Now i have to head to the Rowlett location, it gives me an aisle my product is on, online.

Oscar was so helpful! He was able to find bolts to complete a brake job when the auto parts store wasn’t. Quick, kind, affordable. After today’s customer service, I will make this my regular hardware store from now on.
