Went to find a tool for Audi brake calipers, did not have right size. there was a spot for it on the shelf but it was not stocked (14mm Triple Square XZN Socket for VW/Audi). Went ot another competitor that had it. Price was cheaper here for the tool, but was not in stock

complicated battery purchase from two stores and the warehouse that required an equally complicated return. All managed expertly and cheerfully by the manager Randy.

They wouldn’t let me return an unused part. They told me it was used. The Manager Jesus needs to work on his customer service. He was very rude.
