So, shifting hard, took to another transmission shop and didn't make any progress. Finally after taking it back to the dealer one more time and had their senior tech (20+ years) test drive and review, no further progress. So, in final attempt, called and talked to Alejandro. Very pleasing experience to have him provide his opinion and then take a test drive and then make a couple of adjustments on the road test to the throttle body cable and solve the problem. Honest man who cares and knows more than many. Would be a much better world if people had his ethical standard and experience.
