I have never had an issue at a Christian Brothers location and will definitely come back to this one. Despite the higher prices, I think it is worth it for the service they continue to provide.”

“My boyfriend and I aren't originally from irving. We moved here a few years ago and when we first moved here we went to get my truck inspected by Muhammad, it didnt pass sadly but he was so nice and helpful. Didn't even charge me for the inspection since he could get a read on the emissions. We have went back multiple times these past few years for various reason and everytime he is so helpful and nice. We went to get a tire replaced about two weeks ago and his son helped us. Just as nice as his father. We finally went back to get my truck inspected again it didnt pass last time cause of a fuse so I got it fixed and he came and told me the sad news it didnt pass again cause of a different fuss. He said he would check all the busses for me to see if it truly was a fuss. Came back and it was said he would fix it for free and all I had to pay was inspection. Literally the sweetest person ever! We love coming to Muhammads shop and trust him so much. Definitely recommend him to anyone willing to listen.”

“To show this place is legit: I came in for a general inspection on a used car. I had a noise on the control arm. Said it would cost $65 for work. They found the issue and fixed it for free. When I offered to give a tip, politely declined. This place isn’t out to get your money, they genuinely will let you know if there’s an issue and not try to get over on you. Come here if you want an unbiased opinion on your vehicle.”

“I had a great experience with my Volvo here. My car had a starter issue and they fixed it super quick, did all the needed adjustments, and even took care of the oil change. You can really tell these guys are experts on Volvos — they explain everything clear, give you follow ups by phone, and they are honest about what your car really needs.
The price was very fair, no crazy charges or hidden stuff, and they finished the work on time just like they promised. Honestly, I totally recommend this shop to any Volvo owner around Dallas.

“1999 Toyota Camry that the local Toyota dealer screwed up when they replaced the rear main seal which likely started leaking when the put 0-20w oil in it. So, shifting hard, took to another transmission shop and didn't make any progress. Finally after taking it back to the dealer one more time and had their senior tech (20+ years) test drive and review, no further progress. So, in final attempt, called and talked to Alejandro. Very pleasing experience to have him provide his opinion and then take a test drive and then make a couple of adjustments on the road test to the throttle body cable and solve the problem. Honest man who cares and knows more than many. Would be a much better world if people had his ethical standard and experience. I wish him all the good he deserves for handling his business as he does. Sincerely, Pat Sparks”
