My car had a (MAP) sensor bad and I called this store and they told me they had the part in stock. When I there I bought the part and put it on, come to find out they sold me a bad part to my car. Now I want a refund and the GM of the store said they would not give me a refund because it's a electric part. So you can sell bad parts but not refund them back. DON'T GO HERE‼stay away

Would've been more convenient if they had more of the same I was looking for to fix both doors on my truck. And Advanced auto parts isn't all that "advanced " in helping locate another one of their stores that would have part.So I had to take a chance on driving nearly 17 miles to another location and was disappointed they didn't have it either.. ? luckily I was at a shopping center that had their competitors right across the street. Autozone had it.

Second time I order and both times we’re not ready. Online it say 30 minutes and it will be ready. Both times I waited a day to pick it up. I will not be ordering there again.

Phenomenal experience at this store. Had a battery issue and called the store, Courtney checked which battery is in stock for my vehicle and assured me they can install it if needed. I arrived and while Courtney was helping another customer, Tina was available to do a full battery check to make sure it was actually bad. Then she happily installed a new one for me. The staff was so friendly and courteous my store visit was truly a pleasure and great experience. Thanks for getting me safely back on the road. Definitely worth a trip across town to know I will be well taken care of.

1150am, 8/1/222 guys helping in front are just simply lazy and unprofessional appearance. Won't be surprised if this store is close anytime soon. Take some pride on your job or find something that you're passionate about or you going to end up like these 2 guys here.Pathetic!!

There was two people behind the counter. One on the phone taking forever to assist the line, and other just looking around, guess he was eating flies, "just a body there," doing nothing while the line was increasing.We got out of there and went to OReilly.
