Staff was very helpful with my issue. Was seen promptly by the Doctor and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this Urgent care. Front staff was very helpful as well.

Everyone here was FANTASTIC! They took wonderful care of my son... even though it was a 20 min drive and we have other facilities closer, I will definitely come back to Advanced ER if/when we need their services again.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was involved in a car accident and needed to be checking out. The receptionist was speedy, the nurse was kind and helpful, the radiologist tech was kind and patient, and the physician was absolutely amazing. He was informative, precise, proficient, great bedside manner, respectful, listened to me, helpful, fully assessed me, took care of me better than I could have asked for! He had a student with him and he is absolutely the person who should be teaching other up and coming health care professionals. I am so grateful for the amazing care I received here! Thank you!

My recent experience at Advanced ER was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked in, Rebekah at the front desk greeted me with warmth and efficiency, making the check-in process seamless. Throughout my visit, the nurses and staff, including Brandon, Diana, and Carlos who conducted my x-ray, demonstrated a genuine commitment to patient care.Their down-to-earth demeanor instantly put me at ease, and their professionalism was evident in every interaction. Dr. Pettit's expertise and compassion were exemplary, as he took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options.Overall, I couldn't have asked for better service during a stressful time. Advanced ER and its dedicated team have set the bar high for emergency medical care. Highly recommended!
