I walked in looking for a starter that, according to Cummings, was on back order for 105 days. I came to advance starter, for an alternator. Although they don’t supply many alternators and specialized in starters; the office was kind enough to help and be very attentive.
Alex quickly grab my alternator and tested to confirm alternator was faulty.
Although they could not rebuild, Haley was kind enough to check the whole inventory and find a solution so i wouldn’t have to leave empty handed. And to my surprise we found a new one at a great price! Great staff and knowledgeable people. Recommend 10/10.
