The software is waaaay below par. They do NOT provide wire information on their website. Their software is lame (saying it nicely). The staff are all super nice and patient. I appreciate them for trying but they are handicapped by their software as much as the customer. There were other things that were mind blowing in the software lack, that i are less an impact, I cannot remember all the details i've been over looking while working with them..... i know it has taken a week for them to set up an outside account link. Very frustrating; should only take 3 day tops. their software platform does not provide a wire request letter/info with wire parameters & expectancy info... just that your wire is going to a 'business'..... no references: nothing! I wonder if i will even get a confirmation of when the wire is set up to be sent .... They were shocked that i wanted the details to populate in a printable (or copy-able) format, after setting up the wire, which would show the wire cut off time of day, so i could know if i made the cut off, the amount of wire, the accounts to which it was set to go to, from, a reference number and if i didn't make todays window, WHEN will it go? They said people do not ask for that information. WHAT? People! We are training banks and like services to not provide us details that have been industry standard for ages! It equates to a dumbing down of people.... zombie-ville! You must ask questions people. a Bank should not keep you in the dark surrounding the movement of your money. Wake up!

I can never get anyone when I call. Tha automated system is terrible. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. They deserve negative stars!!!

If you are about to do a wire transaction or waiting for one chose another bank. Instructions are general. After asking questions to a representative and her supervisor I got answers like: "we are doing it a million times per day" and "you pick the wrong bank". As a result- no money. Don't deal with this bank, waste of time.

Do not do business with them. They are all about themselves and do not care about the customer. A merchant took money from my account without permission. Causing me NSF charges and they did a charge off. The merchant returned the money and Advancial will not remove the charge off. Still want the NSF fees and left me looking like the bad guy. They are pathetic. BBB is next. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR “WE WILL REACH OUT TO YOU REPLIES.” 2 .9 star review. Should’ve known.

I purchased two jumbo CD's from Advancial which involved a complicated transfer of funds from another IRA. I have never done business with a financial institution that was as helpful, polite and knowledgeable as Advancial. I am so impressed with everyone I worked with. Thank you Advancial!

I have so little problems, as a matter of fact my experence with them are great;service I love fast and on the money ,(quick)friendly and humble,but I just hate it when I drive such a distant in the late evening time and find that the ATM machine is not working Mesquite location then I have to turn around and go downtown Dallas to use their ATM machine

Complete waste of time. Apply for a loan, all approved, then the phone calls start asking the questions as if they have never done a loan. After a lot of going back and forth they call and say they are unwilling to move forward, for no reason at all really. Laziness or just don’t know what they are doing. Hard credit inquiry for nothing and unprofessional conduct when it comes to the parties involved in the transaction.

This company is very sketchy about their lending terms. I was led to believe I would have a 12 months same as cash program. I ended up getting a credit card which I adamantly told them before the deal I did not want. I was assured that my deal was 12 months same as cash. Now I have to make monthly payments instead of waiting 12 months to pay it off.

I have been an Advancial loyal costumer for a number of years and I was recently, at 72, diagnosed with cancer.When I called Corporate to ask if they could waive the penalty if I closed my CD early due to the fact that I needed the money for my cancer treatment I was flatly told "NO".Thank you Advancial for not having a heart!

I love the credit union, that's not the problem at all. Always had nothing but a positive experience. The problem is the new updated app- I can never log in, it just spins to oblivion and I have to use a computer to use my online banking. I had never had issues with the old app. Don't fix what's not broken.

I will never do business with these people again. Customer service is zero. Got a loan they never notified me of the account number after signing...called daily for 2 months on hold no less than 1 1/2 per call..only got rude people who refused to some issue. Nightmare!!!! Waste of time go with resource 1 credit unión, they have better ratos and Customer service.
