Worst company ever. Your Beavercreek , Ohio location
Beavercreek Family Vision is like a circus. Incompetent employees. That location lost the 3 of us as patients.

Our provider sold to a e g. Terrible customer service. Unprofessional staff. We were hounded by reminders for our appointments. Demanded co pays that we did not owe because we have insurance. They hadn't bothered to check. We walked out and now looking for a new provider.
November 2024
Purchased glasses the 6th of August of 2024. It's not the 13th of November and still don't have the glasses. 20/20 is the local provider in AZ. Will NEVER use this company again!!
