They are paying Indians to send out these cards, they spelled my name completely wrong, and I didn’t even apply for this.Prior to getting this card the Indians were sending me emails and calls and texts even.This bank will collapse, don’t open anything here they have shadier biz practices than wells.I’m going to the BBB within 1 week with evidence and bringing them down, maybe even attorney general.I’m letting you people know I will lawyer up so quickly if anything Is opened in my name!

Their metabank ATMs are scams too! Need to get the BBB;better Business bureau; on these people! Their ATM on Forest lane in Dallas, Texas took 126.10$ but the machine never dispense my money. They keep telling me to wait 5 business days for the money to be back on my card, they have said this twice already and nothing still. The toll number they have all over the ATM says the machine doesn't belong to them.this been since the 31st of January. They have no customer service. I want my money back now!

Literally the worst bank support I've ever dealt with. Made me feel very insecure that my money was in safe keeping. If you work for Walmart or any other company that uses this bank. Look into this and I'd strongly recommend you change your bank. The support hung up on me twice and I was polite. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't do a bank to bank transfer. Wells Fargo said there was a block. Well now bills are late and I have to deal with this and make tons of calls. Save yourself the hassle fellas and ladies.Get a new bank asap.

Bot a $20-$500 Vanilla VISA gift card from them only to learn that you cannot use this card with Paypal OR any other "mobile wallet" (whatever that is.) The packaging said could use anywhere like a Credit or Debit card.

I recently purchased two $500 gift cards with funds given to me by family to help me out financially. THIS WAS A TERRIBLE DECISION ON MY PART. Both cards were fraud ridden and I had never let the cards out of my sight. I only used them online at merchants with good security and tried to use one of them at Walmart (where I had purchased it) but I ended up locked out of one card completely before I even had a chance to use it once. I was able to use the other card for several purchases before the unknown charges started showing up. The worst thing about this whole mess is that getting to speak to a customer service agent on the phone requires a minimum of a 30-minute wait. And after spending another 12 minutes on the phones for a total of 42 minutes on the first call, I was disconnected and the CSA had not asked for my phone number. SO, I made another 42-minute call. Now, the gist of this is that 2 weeks late, I do have all my money back and was able to spend it quickly by simply adding it to my Amazon account before another fraud issue came up, even though I did not truly WANT all that money to go to my Amazon account...I put it there because I believe it is safer than on one of these gift cards. I wanted to get to someone higher up at Pathward to let them know about the issues so thhat maybe they could improve things...if they wanted to, but of course, nobody was gonna give me the contact information for headquarters. So, I ended up filing a BBB complaint which DID put me in contact with someone at InComm who treated me with respect and followed up to make sure I had all my money back. They even gave me a bit more than I had coming to me on one of the cards. That was a nice gesture. I simply wanted to get the attention of upper management and that is why I filed the BBB complaint, which was resolved to my satisfaction. I will NOT make the mistake of buying another gift card because once I investigated gift cards, it seems that almost all of them trace back to this company...so buying any type of gift card is a real risk until they figure out how to substantially increase security. You have been warned! DO NOT PURCHASE THESE GIFT CARDS UNLESS YOU WANT A REAL BAD HEADACHE!

This bank appears to support scam accounts and given all the similar reviews it would appear they know this and are not doing anything about it. It makes me wonder if they are actually verifying identities when people setup an account given recent fraud we have seen related to this bank.We tried to contact customer service to report fraud but no-one answers the phone and whatever option you select to verify an account they just tell you they cannot do any verification and there is no option to talk to a customer service rep.We had a couple scammers that use this bank that tried to scam funds from our employees. If your a business, its highly suggest you do not use this bank or transfer funds this bank.

It is so difficult to get someone to answer you. Scammers have accounts with them, use the accounts to get company's to change depository accounts for ACH payroll deposits and take people's money. I have spent 2 hours trying to reach a live person in their fraud department to no avail. Trying to reach them to give them the account information of the fraudsters, no way to get to them.

Thieves!! DO NOT USE THIS CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stole my paycheck, won't talk to me on the phone, hanging up on me; won't chat with me. I called VISA they even hang up on them too!! I thought FDIC meant they back up their customers.
