Very informative review of results, great feedback with detailed explanation. Will be very helpful for my son as he determines a major to pursue in college.

Their services are invaluable. Our two children did Aims testing and we were very pleased with the process and results. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional and a waste of time. Do not apply to work here.

The test is inaccurate and a waste of time. Do not apply to work for this company. You will not be given a real interview. They had me take their test and told me I was ineligible for the job based off one of the test scores. Keep in mind, I was not given any information about this before the "interview". They also do not tell you that your scores determine whether they will hire you. They make it seem like you're just taking the test to see what it's like. I wasn't asked a single question nor was I given any chance to speak for myself. They basically told me what I can and can't do with my career based off their test when they knew nothing about me. Do not make any decisions for your career based off this test. It's a scam. The fact that your test scores determine whether they will hire you without having a single conversation with you is ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

I went to AIMS in 2014 as a college sophomore with no idea what career path to take or how to decide. Thanks to AIMS, I found my true passion, orthotics and prosthetics. I have now gone on to get a masters degree in orthotics and prosthetics, and finally became a fully certified prosthetist/orthotist just this month. My point is, 7 years later, I can genuinely say that I would have never found my now career without AIMS and highly recommend them for anyone struggling to find their passion, or just looking for some direction in life. They identified skills and weaknesses I had NO idea I had and were ultimately able to help match me with a career in line with my strengths and personality. I’m so happy to hear they are still around, I’ve been waiting seven years to leave my review. :)

Joining AIMS testing has been one of the best developmental decisions of my life. The test is very lengthy and requires focus, but is worth the effort. I would like to commend Brad Seal who has been my counselor throughout the testing process and forward. The unique thing about AIMS is that the test is not a one time event that shows you exactly what to do career-wise, but is rather a continuing process of advice and consultation on finding a good career path. I am a college student currently and recommend this to my friends and classmates when they are in search of a high quality career test.

If we ever will be able to make an appointment I will change my ratings. As of now looks like it’s impossible task. First we wanted to go to Dallas during the summer, but they told us that AIMS TESTING coming to our home town in the fall. They forgot to mention that the school that invited them has a first dip on the spots. After all of the kids from that school signed up and we finally were able to call there were no open spots. Heard a great things about this testing center, but so far didn’t experience any of it.

Aims is a good way to find out what you really have inside of you. The testing is long and tough, but is needed to input your results. After which, Your adviser will tell you all kinds of things about your ability to do a few things well in any particular category, and printing off a few guides to help nudge you in the right direction. My adviser was Alicia, she was kind and really helpful, making all the information easy to understand and totally applicable. If you have a passion to go, but not sure where, AIMS will definitely take what you have already and show you just where you can take it!!

I had my first ever aptitude test with AIMS. The test was long and very thorough. I specifically want to recognize counselor Debbie Tatum. She is very knowledgable about all kinds of career options and recommended the type of professions I would enjoy the most. She is very nice and patient to answer all my follow-up questions! Debbie cares about her clients deeply.I only gave it a 4 star because Kira Rutland (the test administrator) was a bit rude and brusque. On my 3rd session appointment, I had arrived a little bit early and told Kira (she is also the receptionist) my name and that I was here for my 3rd session. She was like "sit down! I'll let you know when it's your turn!" I didn't know what I did to rub her the wrong way. Any way, generally it was still a very good testing experience.

Riding on the previous seccuesses from the 80's, this testing format is dated to say the least, and even tells the tester that the methods have changed over the years. Science, showing what it does not know once again.

Was here a few years ago. Have had 4 of my children tested here after their sophomore year in high school and think it helped them quite a bit in what they wanted to study and where they wanted to go to college.
