Transporting a pet to another country involves more than a few challenges, not the least of which is an overwhelming amount of information - some of that information is accurate, a lot of it isn't, and you just don't know what you don't know.These folks are the professionals, and they know what they are doing! Barbie is the coordinator for you and your pet - she has a full plate, but still gives you the time to let you know what you need and what you don't, offers great advice, and will help calm you with accurate information that comes from experience.One of the smartest things I did for our trip was listen to these people.

Did an excellent job relocating my cat from the US to the UK. They handled all the paperwork, no quarantine because they know what they are doing. Most importantly my pet arrived safely and on time as scheduled. I will use them again in the near future.

I recently "fostered" a kitty who's family was moving to Belieze. Her family choose AirVets to help with everything needed to get her there once they moved.I took her in for all her required travel documents and everyone in the office was caring and professional. She was terrified but Dr. Caperton took his time with her and made her more comfortable during the process.The staff was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer all my many questions. They handled everything and made the process super easy and painless.I met them at the airport the morning of her flight and they had everything set up and ready to ensure she had a safe and comfortable flight to meet her family!They got her on her flight and she made it safe and happy to her new home where she was reunited with her family!

AirVets did an excellent job relocating our German Shepherd from Dallas to Munich, Germany. In addition: they designed and built us a beautiful Kettle with all the requirements, had their own Vet facility, and handled the Endorsed Health Certificate. Keep in mind, they did all this in house which means that they were no 3rd party involve for a higher fee. We only provided them with 1 week and somehow they were able to process the airfare and paper work. They have the best staff and customer service you can ask for. If you want to save time and don't want to go through all the hassle of relocating your live pet, I would really recommend you have AirVets take care of the process.
