Wonderful service picking up the vehicle in Dallas tx but Dropping off in San Antonio tx Ms. Lisa was the best so nice and helpful thx to the whole Alamo team.

Bryann or Bryant? at dallas love field was very nice and helpful. A little bit of a wait on both ends for the shuttle but the also solved an issue with the new car i was given not having a usb port and my phone being nearly dead. They swapped cars out for me. kinda ridiculous. I would have liked a fast pass or something so there would be no wait. But not horrible.

I am not happy. I bought an Apple Watch, AirPod, and iPhone charger for $75 and was brand new in the box and I left it on the floorboard of the backseat of my premium rental. I return the car at 8 PM March 5th, and realized I had left it once I got home that night. I put in a request on lost and found and got a response from Alamo that the item was not found. I would appreciate if Alamo read this and give me a significant discount on my next rental. I am very loyal to Alamo and hope this can be rectified. BC.

This was the first time using Alamo Car Rental and everything went smooth. I used the precheck option on the app and once I landed, I was shuttled over to the Alamo Car rental and was meet by a Gentlemen who show me where the full cars where located and let me choose my car. I puledl out and stop at the gate gave them my license and bar code and was quickly on my way.Upon return I pull in and they inspected the car and I chose to have the receipt email to me, and set me on my way. Everything was quick and organized. I will use Alamo again as thier process is quick and easy.

The vehicle we rented was fine. It wasn’t what we reserved, however the location did not have any vehicles available even though we had a reservation at a specific time. There was a line of people waiting for cars and all of us had reservations. The staff were nice, but the location was just unorganized and a bit chaotic. Not sure I would rent from Alamo again.

I would use again. No wait at counter, same rental car lot as enterprise, hassle free and friendly rental experience. Reserved through a third party app (priceline) and still had no issues checking in.

Very nice full size car. Plenty of room and trunk space. Great gas mileage (34 MPG) and price. Ease of rental was perfect.

Was slightly confusing as Alamo was closed upon arrival. However, National employees covered for them and check in and drop off went smooth! Car was clean and what I had requested.

Awful experience. On the 26 December I had a 7 day car rental, on a negotiated rate with my airline employer, (still not THAT cheap) and to be able to rent the car and because of me being on a foreign driver’s license, once I arrived at the desk I was told that it was a requirement that I show an airline booking with a flight outbound from that particular airfield (Dallas Lovefield). I tried to explain that it was wrong, I had an outbound booking from the main airport (DFW) and per the agreement with my airline, this should have been accepted. I know my agreement exactly to the letter. Apparently the agent at the desk didn’t, and instead of trying to help, or perhaps call Alamo on the phone, was snappy and rude on top of everything, and not interested. I called Alamo twice on my own phone, with the first two agents wrongly insisting on the same WRONG information, that I have to have an outbound booking from that particular airfield. Until I phoned for the third time, and the third agent, much nicer, passed me on to her manager, who FINALLY verified the agreement , and said I was right. He said he sent a message to that Alamo desk, but by that time I was frustrated and tired. And preferred to take Uber instead of renting a car in those conditions. And at the end of the day it came out cheaper. So thanks for nothing ALAMO. And NATIONAL as well I should say (National were handling Alamo customers that day…). Next time I plan to rent a car it will be with Hertz or Avis. This experience cost me 30 usd in Uber rides to come there from my Airbnb in turtle creek, for nothing , and to drive back. Just absolutely awful way to treat customers.

Wonderful customer service. Alamo National and Enterprise are the premier rentals at LUV. They have a policy where they stay until the last flight arrives. Other rentals like budget and Avis close right at midnight. So if your flight is delayed you need to come back the next day for pickup. Never had a bad experience and the cars are so clean and new!!!

I rented a 2024 Jeep Compass for 2 days from the Dallas Love Field location.On my way to turn the car in, it lost all power on the highway. No warning, just lost all power. The car had plenty of gas in it.Very scary! Thank God the driver behind me allowed enough distance and I wasn’t hit from behind.Long story short, Dallas toll road responded almost immediately and got me off the busy highway and into a safe parking location.Alamo roadside assistance did call an Uber for me and got me to the airport in time for my flight.I was contacted the next day by Chidoze, an Alamo representative from the Dallas rental location. He patiently listened to my account of what happened and was compassionate and understanding offering his apology for what I had gone through.He also compensated 1 day of the rental fee which to me went a long way as a gesture of goodwill.Chidoze represents Alamo with the dignity and professionalism that all businesses should aspire to achieve.I will definitely be doing business with Alamo for any future car rental needs.Esther

Alamo has always been our go to for rental cars. I have tried other car rentals but have not received the same treatment. Their service has always been 5 stars for me. Consider me a satisfied customer.

Our reservation was made in July for a Thansgiving week Premium Vehicle for a trip to Florida. The reservation was made by my husband's company. When we arrived to pick up the car we were informed of deposit that needed to be made. However, they would not take our debit card because we lived within 200 miles of Dallas. The manager there, Veronica, they wouldntbgive me her last name because she didn't want to work with us and her employee said she didn't know her last name. They did not come up with any options to help us. Veronica was very rude and her employee told us to just get the f<"k out. They said I was rude for being upset that we couldn't pick up the car that we were to be leaving in that day. Coca-Cola uses them regularly for their employees. We won't ever use them again! I hope that Veronica is no longer the manager.
