I have been coming to this pharmacy for 3 years and upon my last 2 visits I have encountered extremely unpleasant customer service. The past two visits I have arrived to the counter and waited 5 minutes with no greeting. The time before my visit today I confirmed via phone that my order was ready. When I got to the store I was told my order was not ready and that I needed to wait 15 more minutes. I walked around Albertsons for 20 minuets and when I returned Mary Grace was huffing and puffing with the sight of my return. She rolled her eyes and with an attitude was finishing up my order. Today my trip consisted of a crowd of employees complete ignoring my existence when I walked up to the counter. The lead pharmacist and manager Ezinne looked me up and down and turned around to get on her phone. There was also another pharmacist and tech on their phones sharing social media posts. I am unsure if the policy with phones out when computer screens have sensitive medical informations…my gut tells me it’s a HIPPA Violation. The past two times Mary Grace has assisted me but with an attitude as if it was a bother to help me with my order. I revived my order after Mary Grace had to rush her way to make my order with the Manager telling her she doesn’t even need to rush cause no one should have told me over the phone a time limit of my order being completed. I was then accosted and questioned with who told me to come at a specific time and I do not have any idea. The entire staff is unpleasant, condescending, and lacks customer service skills. I will not be returning to this pharmacy and feel terrible that others will encounter this group of employees.

I have never had a problem with this pharmacy or store. Everyone I have needed info from has always been very receptive and polite.

Terrible customer service. Takes 24 hours to fill prescriptions. After dealing with multiple employees the unfriendly attitude is pervasive.

Terrible communication that creates nothing but inconvenience and frustration for their customers. The team member working the counter offered no solution when she informed me that my medication I need for surgery the next day was out of stock. Her apathetic tone and curt demeanor was disappointing. The team at the CVS on Ferguson is consistently more prepared, thorough, and courteous.

This was the closest grocery store to the relatives I was visiting for the weekend. The woman that works in customer service where lottery tickets are sold had a very resilient attitude, however I walked around the store and noticed everything is just so pricey? I wouldn't shop there if I lived there I would take the drive to HEB cause they have all the real quality foods, prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is very well trained. But good luck to whoever decides to shop there cause they will definitely put some damage on your pocket book. Good luck huh...

I have gone there for years and just put up with the rude service and long waits for prescriptions to be filled because it was close by. I came in for a regular refill that is always needed in a timely fashion. They said they were out of the medication and had no idea when it would be in. I called Walgreens and the service was night and day different. If your medication isn't ready on time you get a phone call and they let you know why. Just night and day difference.

I have been using this pharmacy for years now. Lauren, the pharmacist is polite, professional, and personable. The staff are great too, and all work hard.I choose here for the reasoning of not going to Walgreens or CVS. It is the community and friendliness that makes all the difference. I’d rather walk inside than go through a drive -thru as if I’m getting a burger. The hours are very reasonable.Thank you for doing what you do. Importantly, actually knowing customers and caring. It goes a long way. You are all awesome and respect for your field helping others. To the contrary on a previous comments; Lauren and her team hold high regard to customers. Just as a doctor would. It’s pertaining to our health. That they take seriously. To note the older man prior to Lauren was odd… At least he got to see my breasts during a vaccine and gave my son a lollipop. Asking no woman present. Not sure why I had to take off my shirt but that is past. Covid and shots were in shortage. Despite that all highest respect to this pharmacy.I consider them a part of my healthcare team.

Many good Rx pharmacists, one @ this SaveOn or Albertsons is short on compassion and\or empathy. Your bad days are an unnecessary addition to the already chronic pain which is why I go to the sa

Pharmacists repeatedly called me "Sir" when I was trying to resolve an issue with a prescription I received. I corrected them multiple times but it still kept happening and I stormed out incredibly upset without any resolution to my issue. I think its disgusting to hang a pride flag in the pharmacy if you're just going to misgender your trans customers. I just transferred all my prescriptions elsewhere and I suggest any LGBTQ customers do the same.

Never have I been in a large, chain grocery store that has so little to offer in the way of product availability and with prices higher to much higher than you can find either at one of their "sister" stores (Tom Thumb) or at Kroger, or Wal Mart. To top off the displeasure of shopping there, the attitude of many who work the registers is down right rude. Today, I stopped in to do some quick shopping and found what I needed and went to a register that had a clerk who was busy on his phone (no surprise these days) and didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge my presence or even look at me. I went ahead and offered a "good-morning," and he just mumbled something from behind his mask (why people are still wearing them, I can't understand). I paid for my goods and was leaving when he rattled in a sarcastic voice, "Have a nice day." I almost reeled back a gave him a lesson in manners and to question why on earth is he working with the public, but my Italian blood settled done and just left without acknowledging his petty remark. Now, if his lack of attitude was just a bleep in this particular Albertson's customer service, fine. However, more often than not, it's typical of the attitude of those who work at this location. I say, stay away for 1) you can find better-stocked shelves at other stores, 2) you can usually find better pricing, and 3) most assuredly you will be treated like a valued customer.

Dear alberston you customer service sucks and your prices are way too high. Not to mention the fact the your products or misleading and falsely advertising your price with was listed on the label that you did failed to remove. Not the one item that I came for I have to leave with oug because I did not have time go back to check for other misleading items. And instead of correcting this mistake I was told that the even though your label was still you still could not honor your advertising price and told be do you still want it or do you want in which I replied no.. then you persisted to ask of I wanted to take to the back . I do not work here. I'm I suppose to take down your labels and take the unwanted items back? This experience was time consuming , poor customer service and unpleasant.... if this is how you treat your customers you'll never have to consider me one again smh
