Never have I been in a large, chain grocery store that has so little to offer in the way of product availability and with prices higher to much higher than you can find either at one of their "sister" stores (Tom Thumb) or at Kroger, or Wal Mart. To top off the displeasure of shopping there, the attitude of many who work the registers is down right rude. Today, I stopped in to do some quick shopping and found what I needed and went to a register that had a clerk who was busy on his phone (no surprise these days) and didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge my presence or even look at me. I went ahead and offered a "good-morning," and he just mumbled something from behind his mask (why people are still wearing them, I can't understand). I paid for my goods and was leaving when he rattled in a sarcastic voice, "Have a nice day." I almost reeled back a gave him a lesson in manners and to question why on earth is he working with the public, but my Italian blood settled done and just left without acknowledging his petty remark. Now, if his lack of attitude was just a bleep in this particular Albertson's customer service, fine. However, more often than not, it's typical of the attitude of those who work at this location. I say, stay away for 1) you can find better-stocked shelves at other stores, 2) you can usually find better pricing, and 3) most assuredly you will be treated like a valued customer.

The store is OK just expensive but at least I got me a Dallas cowboy T-shirt and I love it, everybody be blessed I love you all and there’s nothing you can do about that.

Bought food to come home unpack and figure out expired a week ago. Got fresh carved roast beef that was rancid. Got bread crumbs to open and see the seal was ripped off and half the can missing. A little ridiculous.

My brand new milk was sour when I got home with it this last Saturday. Went back on Sunday to buy a replacement and saw this. The store manager was no where to be found and the customer service manager has been very rude to me in the past so just posting this here to make other shoppers aware. This is not how you should work the cooler in dairy. An employee had this case open in the store while they were pulling out SPOILED milk. Instead of working inside the cooler with the door shut. Another employee pulled them away from the cooler for something and they just left it propped open like this. No wonder my milk was spoiled. Keep your receipts people…

I've found it to be a clean store with friendly staff and a great selection. I feel fortunate that we have a quality grocery store so close.

On 1/7/2022 I was in line being checked out when an employee who did not have on a mask threw a bottle of soda on the counter in front of me. It appeared he had become agitated because I was questioning the checker about a price. His actions made me feel frightened and disrespected. I don’t intend to shop here in the future.

Don't go after 7pm. Customer Service changes along with employees unkindness. We need to go in Daytime. Friendly. Helpful. If employees don't want to work. Then don't! Personally helps! Maybe retraining after 7pm or re evaluate. I have live in the area over 20 years. Not really happy what happened @ store.

A man was panhandling at Albertson's at Casa Linda Plaza in Dallas, TX and I complained to customer service. When I went to my car he shot the moon at me. When I returned to complain to the police officer that had been on duty initially, the customer service person said he was on break upstairs and didn't get him so I could make a report, even after I said I would prefer not to wait fifteen minutes to make a report. The two employees there at customer service (one from self-pay) said they had complained of the man previously to police but police refused to make the man leave. They were not helpful and I felt a little traumatized. I really don't want to shop where someone behaves that aggressively (the man in the parking lot) and the employees behave that unhelpfully. I understand that there are people suffering from poverty, but I will go to Krogers to avoid this type of experience. I have never had anything like this happen at Kroger. I don't think it is my job to address homeless people at the grocery store or to be accosted and have it all ignored.

The service in this Albertsons' Pharmacy was very unfriendly and unprofessional. I first dealt with a grumpy male pharmacist who seemed to be having a bad day. So I dropped off two prescriptions and accidentally left my doctor's notes in the folder with the scrips. These were promptly lost. The next pharmacist, Stephanie, spoke to the doctor's office receptionist who told her that I was only given the two coupons. I explained that no, my doctor's notes had been accidentally handed to the first pharmacist. All I needed was the doctor's notes that had been accidentally left folded with the coupons & prescriptions. Later, I called the Manager on Duty who told me my scrips would be filled in a few hours. The next morning, I went there and only one scrip was ready. Stephanie told me four times that I didn't actually get my doctor's notes, only two coupons, per the receptionist at my doc's office. Then she hung up on me. I am deeply appreciative of the work that pharmacists do in this time of Covid-19. But this was the most lackluster, pass-the-buck, and deny routine I've encountered. About to make my third (and last!) trip to Albertson's. UGH.

Albertsons Bakery sucks. Ordered a birthday cake made just like one they already had on display but just different colors. They did the roses as swirls, didn't put a top boarder, misspelled the name even though it was correct on the form... like all they had to do was copy a already made cake but with different colors.. and my name was spelled to the lady who made the form 3 times and they chose to put something different.. don't know why you would decided to put swirls instead of roses either. Huge disappointment but I guess that's what you get for buying a Albertsons cake.

This review is based on their grocery pick up service. I put my order in in the afternoon, for a 7pm pickup. My order time was pushed back and I was never notified until 8pm and by then it was to tell me my order was not going to be ready until the next day! So I waited hours just to be told they would not be able to serve me, IMO I could have been notified about that sooner. I Had to speak to customer service twice about cancellation. The App doesn't show that my order has been canceled and customer service told me they cannot send me an email verifying cancellation. So basically now I have to wait up to 7 days for a refund that was for NOTHING since they were not able to fulfill my order. Waste of time. Also I ended up placing the same order at Walmart for almost $50 cheaper.

I did my first and last curbside pickup 2 weeks ago. 2 SKU's ordered, only one SKU was in my order that I picked up. 3 of 5 ordered were available, no notice that they were no fulfilling my order. I did receive an email confirming 5 items and the total. Was charged twice the amount I should have for one of the three (all three were exactly the same SKU), was refunded 30% of the amount for the one over charged, not 100% - I did not receive or take the 3rd. The transaction took 6 phone calls and it still was not correct or complete. And I was overcharged. Now I'm at 10 days waiting after placing a special order to get what I need. They did not call as promised and had not check to find my request.

I shop at the Casa Linda location in Dallas all of the time. I came into store today to grab something quickly and saw an older woman who'd been through the checkout without wearing a mask! I turned to 2 Albertson employees who were just standing there watching her and not saying anything about her not wearing a mask. So I said to these 2 employees "She's not wearing a mask!" The young male employee looked at me and told me to "Mind my own business!" and laughed.
