Update: tried 2 times (months apart and both ordered a day in advance) to do a pickup and both time received messages at the pickup time that no shopper available.
They took my order, cancel at the last minute, and put a hold on my credit card both times. Shame... system is broken no more Aldi for me.
First time at this location and did a pickup order. Never been in the store, but the young lady that brought out my order is a rockstar (Roxanna). It's right before Thanksgiving and the place is swamped, but she was so nice in the sea of all that crazy.
She made my otherwise crappy day!

For my first time experience I did not like it regardless of the quarter you have to put in the basket you have to pay for bags so cluttered in there the employees are rude you can tell they don't like their job (sad)

This Aldi has gone down horribly. I should have read the reviews before stoping at this location. Store all in disarray from empty or wrong stocked shelves, no prices on most things, 1 isle in particular is messy!!!!!oh and after the long line from multiple directions. The begging old Gypsy or Armenian old woman with missing fingers will harass you for money. If you want to avoid the stress, then please go somewhere else.

But they do have bike racks and allow backpacks, so +3 stars for that. They really really really need automated checkout here though!

I love Aldi! And when I come, I love going down the Aldi finds aisle. But, I’ve come to this Aldi at the 5:45 after work time period several times and the aisle is closed. It’s not all the time, but enough to be strange. The women working in there saw me peeking over her shoulder trying to get in and locked herself in. Didn’t even care. I asked the sweet cashier and she said “yeah, I don’t know”. I understand they need to stock the aisle with new stuff during work hours, but why not do it at a less busy time? And still let people shop? Such a bummer!

Great place, great selection, great prices. Good employees but who focus too much on doing their job to a t and who don't listen to the customers when asked to stop tossing groceries into the cart as they're being rung up. I'm especially no fan of Adam as he's selectively social and won't hide it, almost as though he's proud to admit and show that he'll only be social and friendly with who he feels deserves to be socialized with and deserves friendly treatment. He's just very much a get you rung up and out guy with me and quite a few people, and I gotta say: IT'S A MAJOR TURN-OFF. Aldi, y'all are better than him and he needs y'all, not the other way around. Y'all can do better than having a guy who plays a version of "favorites" while working and is supposed to be being a pro as an employee. Please, by actually talking to him about that bs and getting it through to him to understand it needs to stop, prove me right and show me that I'm not displaced, misguided, or making the wrong choice in my choosing Aldi as my go-to grocery store.
