Hi,
I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing service I received today from Marissa at store #23. People often complain about the negative but don’t take the time to acknowledge the positive. She went above and beyond by bagging my four items while I entered my card information. Talk about exceptional service! She was incredibly friendly, and in today’s world, it’s rare to find people who are genuinely willing and happy to help. Please share this with her so she knows that the small things matter and that she is appreciated!

Awesome Store! I don't have an Aldi in my town. I needed two items and went in because they were there where I was running errands. I'm glad I did. Lots of selections, very affordable and seasonal items. I bought a few gourmet Valentine chocolate. I see these chocolates online and in other stores ridiculously priced, and I got them at a bargain!! Anyway, I walked out with more in addition to the two produce items I was after. Bring your own bag OR purchase theirs at 69 and 99 cents. You can use an empty box, as well.

This is my favorite Aldi to visit. During my latest trip, the cashier seemed frustrated with me for not having a cart. I only had a box with me. As usual, I intended to buy a couple of things but ended up leaving with more than I had planned. In the past, I’ve been allowed to borrow a cart long enough to repack my items. However, on this day, the cashier refused to let me use the cart and ended up crushing my bread and spinach under other heavy items. I explained that I would return the cart but she ignored my request, leading to poor service and damage to my food.

Love you Aldi, hate this new store layout that doesn't have the middle of the aisles as a pass through. There's not enough room for register lines AND trying to shop. It's awful.

Love the staff here. They’re so incredibly nice to just give an example of how nice they are. The manager thought that I lost my wallet and he reached out to me to make sure that I hadnt
lost it. Sorry I don’t know who is the actual manager all I know is that he’s a really nice balding, dude with glasses and a beard, most likely Middle Eastern. I really like this guy. He’s awesome. Sorry I didn’t write his name down, but I would totally buy him a beer. Super cool guy!!

Every time I go in there some one has their domestic animal on a leash, in a cart, ot carrying one. I am a pet owner, but I don't want them in the grocery store.
