DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS HERE. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Only giving the one star because I can’t give 0. We’ve been doing business with Ali for 20+ years. He sold my elderly mother a counterfeit perfume with a broken bottle. He told my mother to bring it back, she brought it back, and he made a big scene with a lot of customers in his store. Very unprofessional, did not keep his word, and is very rude once he knows you’re not interested in shopping with him. He yelled at my mother, threw his hands and body around, he said “half perfume is missing! You use it!” (no shit Sherlock, the bottle is broken and it has leaked into my mother’s purse and made her smell like straight rubbing alcohol.) and patronized us as we were leaving. Totally ruined my experience, although the guy’s never been the most friendly. The shop down the way has the same thing for much more affordable prices. Shop around.😋

I have been going to this store throughout the years when I need a fragrance. I recently went to Ali's International to get an inexpensive Middle Eastern fragrance and when I got home and opened the brand new fragrance box, the bottle was only 1/3 full.
I called the store and told them about it and they told me to come back the following day for a return/exchange. Well when I went back to the store, it looks like I got the last bottle of the fragrance I purchased the day before. Mr. Ali (owner) offered an even more expensive fragrance as an even exchange, but I didn't get it. Instead, I ended up getting another same priced fragrance along with 2 more fragrances.
When I checked out, not only did he exchange my original fragrance with another new bottle of something else, but he discounted the 2 other bottles and even gave me back the fragrance I came back to return!! So all and all, Mr. Ali gave me a very good experience and I will come back again when I need another fragrance!
Come by and talk to Mr. Ali and see what great deals they have!! Thank you Ali and staff!

When you come to this store ask for a lady named Gabby. She was very helpful while I was in the store. She assisted me greatly and gave me her top best colognes to smell. I left very happy with my many purchases. I will be back to his location in the future. I found my go to spot for colognes and perfumes. They will take care of you.

A MUST STOP for any fragrance lovers in DFW! Ali and his staff are so kind, knowledgeable and generous. I haven’t even pulled from the parking lot to write this because of how amazing my experience was. I’ll be back next week lol. Thank you Ali!!

The gentleman in here that helped me today were great. I asked them specifically about brands and describe the scent I was going for and I was immediately presented wit Multiple options that confused me so much… They all smelt amazing and were exactly what I was looking for!!! Definitely come by and support this business so that I can keep shopping here!!!!

My favorite place to get cologne and perfume for my loved ones! They’re so nice and friendly and the prices make you come back every time! Lol this my favorite store since I love smelling good. I refer all my coworkers to them every time it’s my way of paying them back! Love them! If you haven’t been there check them out!
