This place I can't comment on. However I can say the Rep we felt with is a piece of crap. Nothing but lies from the word jump. Avoids my calls now. The one hurt through all this is my mom. Should be ashamed for lying to someone in a nursing home.

I have cancelled all future services with this company due to shady business practices including demanding payment on "ghost" invoices and on services for future months of August and Sept. which obviously haven't happened yet. Also their rep, Jennifer was indignant on the phone and interrupted my every sentence. If she is representative of the type of services given by All Star, they get a major fail. I am working with Windsong Village Convalescent Center to determine a true amount owed to All Star and will make sure it is paid as soon as possible. In the meantime, I urge you to reconsider working with them in any way shape or form.

Mr. Bergeron I am sorry you feel that way towards our company. First of all we have been in business for 11 years and never once committed or even thought about committing any type of fraud. You can run every background check you want on me and my company and you will find nothing but legitimacy. We are an accredited company and have serviced over 10,000 patients nation wide in our 11 years in. You are the first person that has ever mentioned the word fraud.Your sister's equipment was approved by health and human services with an allotted amount that was owed to us per month. However since you are the power of attorney the allotted amount per month goes to you than you forward that same dollar amount to us per month so your sister can continue to keep her equipment. However you only paid us for 2 months and kept the remaining dollar amount for yourself and stiffed us for the remaining balance. Every time we tried calling you to collect the proper amount that you legally owe us you treated my staff with complete disrespect. I hope this clears the air with anyone who would like to use a legitimate medical equipment company in the future. God Bless, Ryan Ridenour...Owner/President
