Used this service to take my wifes car, which had a flat, to discount tire.
Very affordable rates, the phone operator was very friendly and professional. Arrived within half hour. The truck driver was quick, polite and professional and handled our car with car.

Insisted on a credit card. Said they would be there in 35 minutes or I could cancel. Took longer than 35 minutes but insisted on charging me 50%. Had to get me credit card to not pay them. Don’t use. They are thieves

Just fyi, $189 to tow a car half of a mile is insane.

The driver was excellent and very quick. He took excellent care of my vehicle while towing it to my requested destination. My only issue is the customer service. This morning at 8:30 AM, I called to request a copy of the receipt but the rep was clearly still in the bed sleeping. She kept lying saying that she was going to send it or that she did send it just to get me off the phone. I need my receipt in order to get reimbursed. Not sure if I will use again because of her.Service: Car towing

I was at a Walmart in Plano and as I was leaving my car wouldn't start. My friend told me to call Alpha Tow Truck Company, as he had used them in the past. They showed up fast and were really friendly on the phone.

Great Experience. One of my fleet trucks had transmission issues and Wayne was fast to get there and bring the truck back to our office on the other side of the metroplex helping to mitigate our down time.
