Disappointing and frustrating experience. Hard sell by salespeople. Cost ends up much higher than expected. Then stuck in long contract. Multiple delays with installation. Frequent technical problems with service. Service worsened after merger (with Logix?). Difficulties with portal, can't pay online or by credit card, only by ACH, wire, or check (sent very early or get charged "late fee" even if arrives by deadline). When you call, often no one even knows how to reach the Alpheus people, since merger.Positives: when you do reach the right one, most of the support personnel are friendly and try to be helpful. When it is working, the broadband does live up to advertised speed.

Be careful doing business with this company. They have many customer traps, and very little service quality.
