I’ve gone to Amazing Lash for years and have never been disappointed. They are reasonably priced and they keep my lashes pretty. Plus they are pros at what they do and are faster than other places. I encourage you to try them out. My stylist is Belle and she’s fantastic.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. The girls here are always professional and do a wonderful job from the receptionists to the stylists. My stylist Brianna is fantastic but I’ve had several of the other ladies do my lashes and it’s consistent and make me look fabulous. Highly recommend to all!!

I love the amazing lash studio in Casa Linda. They are all friendly and professional. Bianca is simply Amazing. If you need your lashes done ask for Bianca she is the best and does not disappoint

Thank you management for following back up with me; I had a good experience with Brianna she was detail and really good at the services she was giving; she is knowledgeable of the work; and I like that fact she talk to you prior to starting.The front desk person that checked me in was nice; the young lady that checked me out was very nice; friendly. . I want to thank the manager that did an awesome job as well. I will indeed return.

The costumer service is amazing. I loved my lashes and the girls working at front are always so nice and quick to greet you. I would definitely recommend coming to this location.

1. I’m super mad because I stopped getting lashes and tried to cancel my subscription last month on the phone. I was sent a “termination document” apparently I said okay thanks (on the recording that the manager won’t let me hear”)…. Had no idea I had to FILL it out.So I have 2 credits now that I have to sell to someone.2. The lashes were okay for sure. Nothing special, just standard. BUT the girl I had twice at this location burped maybe 6 times pretty much in my face. She also placed her cell phone by my ear and proceeded to text inbetween lashes… tacky.Hate sharing negative stuff about a company but really wish they gave me my money back and we could have parted ways peacefully. From here on out I will tell whoever listens to go elsewhere.

I went for a classic full set and my experience was absolutely AMAZING! Retha was extremely helpful, created a very relaxing setting, answered all my questions, and more! On top of the wonderful experience, I also love the lashes! Retha also gave me plenty of tips to help the lashes stay on longer.

Although, I decided I would be a model in an effort to check out the place first, the next day as I am brushing my lashes I noticed I had alot of places that appeared not to have any lashes and others that had lashes stacked on one another, now it haven’t even been a week and my right eye is missing so many lashes. The staff barely acknowledge you, They can come across as being rude. The Technician, Jasmine was a sweetheart, but the quality of work performed was terrible and when I called to complain the girl didn’t seem to care and she didn’t even offer for me to come I. So she could I spect the work herself. Here attitude was as if she didn’t care if I came back or not, so I decided I would post this review. And hopefully people think twice about going to this place. I posted a pic in my profile as you can see I don’t have very many lashes and it haven’t even been a week. You would think that they would do amazing job on the models also, to assure their return but this was a waste of 25$ and I feel foe those that pay moreService: Eyelash extensions

1 is way too much for the 3 visits their had been a customer at the Southlake amazing lash studio and was very happy with them for a year I moved to Dallas and made the mistake of using the castle in the store not one but three texts in 3 weeks messed up what I have been maintaining for year. Went to Southlake to fix what had been messed up and it cost me almost $200 in 2 hours of my life for my tech to redo both my eyes. Will happily drive an hour to get proper service.

Went in for a classic eye lash extension on 06/15/23. For whatever reason, the lady at the front desk seemed very hostile and has a stinking attitude. As a matter of fact, I think the whole staff in this location have an attitude and probably need to be moved around to other locations or employ new & friendly people. Customer service is key to client retention and business success. You could be doing something wrong in your business but if you have great customer service, you can right your wrong to your customers and still keep them coming back. My first time going in there. I had so much hopes but was met with an unfriendly front desk lady (who probably thought she was doing me a favor cause I was making use of the 20% discount I was offered online as a first-time client). Least to say, I wasn’t impressed with the staff attitude, neither was I wowed by the “classic lash extension” I got. While leaving, the hostile front desk lady whom as far as I’m concerned profiles customers coming in there, asked if I would leave a tip for the lady who did my lashes. I did leave a tip only because the lady who did my lashes was friendlier. She may not have wowed me with her skills, but she was at least pleasant. Needless to say, I won’t be returning here. There are thousands of beauty saloons who will value me as a customer and appreciate my business (discount or not)!Service: Eyelash extensions

Worst lash experience ever. I told her I’d only had them done once before to make her feel better but they were trash. So spotty. I mentioned not wanting them to be boxed out and she brought them out and was like what length, zero guidance, and cut them, yet they’re uneven. There’s zero flow from front of lash to the back. And the fact they bully you into tipping at the end. Not the vibes. Don’t recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience. Went in for a first appointment to start up a new membership and everything.. spent $160 on a full set of lashes with extra volume just for the stylist to rush through the service and have an attitude. Literally the NEXT DAY lashes were already falling out. I called 3 days later after almost all the lashes on my right eye fell out to see what they could do, refund me, redo the service in a few more days when I was available, etc. But they refused, since I called "after 2 days". A complete joke. Then on top of that, the manager Allegra tells me "maybe your lashes just aren't suitable for full volume" if that's the case, why wasn't I informed of this before the service? Chaotic and unprofessional service.

I am going to say that it was just okay because they don't do a good enough job of setting expectations for new clients.I was asked if I wanted to wash my eyelashes ? what? You tell me, you are the expert not me.It takes 2 hrs... You can't wash your face for 24 hrs...I am not prissy enough for this process, lol.

My first and last experience. I made my appt online and selected any appt time for the same day. The system selected a tech. The time fit my schedule so I booked it. 40 minutes before my appt time I was called so they could tell me that my tech was a "Master" therefore there would be an upcharge, this was not listed on my confirmation online. I could reschedule but I was bent over a barrel. I needed them done! So I accepted. Once I was there they had me fill out a form regarding health and allergies to glue, tape, etc. Not once did my tech review/confirm the form with me. I'm not even sure it was given to her. The tech was not friendly AT ALL. There was little to no conversation. Again, there was an upcharge for the style I requested. Absolutely nothing was explained. Since this was my first time here I would have expected more professional behavior. Once I checked out they wanted to sign me up for a membership. Definitely not after that experience.
