haven’t even been here yet and the girl that answers phone calls is so rude lmao!!! i asked for any day availability after 5 and she said we don’t have one… you don’t have one ever?? LOL! called a second time to speak to someone else and it’s still her!! rudest customer service ever, don’t even think about calling here or trying to get some lashes because 1. they apparently have no appointments after 5 EVER! ? & 2. who wants to come to a place where the front desk service is already rude on the phone!

The staff does appear to be nice, however, they are very ill-informed about the services and upfront prices. So far, my account has been withdrawn a total of $144 for the first set that fell out within the first 4 days, and then another $65 for no-show/no-call for a time that I was not scheduled for. The re-schedule was for them to correct the set that fell off within 4 days. I wrote them a letter and asked if they would work with me due to the fact that I've now paid $209.00 for a set of lashes that fell off within the first 4 days and they responded with more misinformation. Do yourself a favor and stay AWAY from this establishment!! This is the reason that you hate giving these companies free reign to your bank account. Customer Service is shot to hell since COVID19.

You all are amazing! The ladies in the front are so sweet and professional, they will take care of you. My lash techs are Dom and Brenda. These 2 are great at what they do and I highly recommend. Shout out to you ladies for being my therapist lol You all don’t just apply lashes, you listen to our stories or you might listen to women snore haha! Will not be coming back to this location .I go for a touchup 30 minutes definitely aware that it won’t be as much as a fill but from the time I sat down to the time I got up was 20 minutes max. At the end when I’m paying and I ask if I can have a little more time because I’m used to other locations giving value and putting on as much lashes as they can in however much time, she just proceeds to explain that she’s a master stylist and so doesn’t need the full time. I’ve been a member for 3 1/2 years now, and I would think if you would want to keep customers happy you would still oblige to giving them the most value possible. It certainly did not seem that she was working that fast or putting that many on in that 20 minutes. I get that customer service is hard and I just sound like another disgruntled customer. But I NEVER complain about my lashes when I’m done and paying. If someone is a master stylist, and customer is paying a 25 dollar upcharge, why do you get to give me LESS value and time for that? If you’re as quick as you say, I would think I would notice that difference of the extra amount you’re saying should be on there. If you have any desire to have happy customers, I would think that you would spend an extra five minutes just to make me happy instead of arguing about why you shouldn’t have to.

I’ve been coming here every 2-3 weeks for the past 4 months and have had nothing but great experiences! I only allow Dominique or Detra to do my lashes and they are both phenomenal! They both take the time to ask what look/style I want and I make recommendations based on that and offer tips and best practices to ensure great lash health and retention.They work opposing schedules so I can almost always find an opening with one of them. However, I try and book in advance as they both tend to get booked quickly. Detra is a master technician so there is a slight up charge. Coming from someone who’s been getting lash extensions for the past 7 years, I think they’re both equally as talented.I gave this review four stars because of the esthetic of the place. It hasn’t been kept in the best shape. There’s lots of scuffs and chipped paint on the walls. Some of the beds seem to have some rips and tears on them. With that being said, I found comfort in seeing how both Dominique and Detra exhibit clean and safety practices. They are both highly skilled, clean and professional. All in all, I would highly recommend booking with these two if getting services at this location.Service: Eyelash extensions

Save your money! The lashes fell off within the first 2 days. I even got a touch up, and tried my best to be careful. My eyes are just irritated now from the fake lashes getting stuck in them.

Don't come here. The place looks run down, and room look dirty. I came in for a lash lift, spent about 1 hour 20 minutes and saw no difference whatsoever. The tech even commented that it didn't lift much. I had glue all over my eyelids that weren't removed properly. I'm sorry but for a $90 service I expect much more. If quality work is something you want don't waste your time.

I just got my Lashes completed at the Studio in Addison Texas and so disappointed. I'm sitting in my car, directly from the appointment to express how rude the front desk ladies were and my stylist once I had to walk back in to get an eye lash fixed.ZERO communication on what is best for my Lashes or what's going on while she's doing them so who knows what's best... the professional right??When they started to flip upside down before I got to the car.... I walked back in and the front lady is asking well what do you want her to do?What how am I supposed to know how to fix the large gaps, obvious transition to sizes and the instant falling out.When I went back there she started to pull off all of the sides without saying anything to me.So I paid money for patches Lashes and she pulls them out to give me another size.Unacceptable.

I had a horrible experience with Amazing Lash Studio. The place is beautiful and very nice lash techs. It was my first visit and the glue product used was a super hold. This caused my entire face to swell. I lost vision and had to leave work on an emergency to come back and have a tech to remove the lashes. As of today, the swelling of my eyes are finally going away. I asked the director for my 1/2 of my $175.00 back but was denied and told to come back to allow someone else to do another set. I have no idea what makes a person to say that when if you lose your eye sight, you don't get a second chance to bring the eye sight back I will seek for reimbursement again as I have reported this to the BBB, I am terrified of going back here. I have been getting my lashes done for several years and have never had a reaction. What a tragedy that the director is being this way. Please see the pictures as I was at work I couldn't open my eyes at all and was encouraged to go to ER.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! PLEASE READ!They canceled on me multiple times and made me wait almost every appointment. They have horrible turnover. I’ve had to use different girls because the girl before left. My extensions would not last a week. All they cared about was charging my card and not listening to any of my concerns. I finally canceled my membership yesterday.IMPORTANT PART, PLEASE READ:Their reviews were 2.1 rating. as of yesterday. I mentioned to them yesterday I should have listened to all their HORRIBLE reviews and this morning I noticed they deleted ALL their negative reviews bringing them up to a 4.2.Stay away from this place!Service: Eyelash extensions

This was a nightmare. Scheduled me to come in December 24 at 10:00 A.M. Sent me two texts to be on time at 9:00 A.M. Show up on time, front desk says the stylist isn’t here you’ll have to wait. I wait twenty minutes and asked - she tells me oh yeah we called she’s not coming. No apology or notification. I ask for another stylist. She says oh ok there’s one at 10:50. The stylist was not ready until 11:10! I rushed there to be on time and they started me over an hour late with someone else. Took two hours with gaps in lashes. No discount. No apology. Do not go here.

I had made an appontment for the 25th of November. I called and asked if they had anything earlier INSTEAD of the 25th and was told "yes". I said "yes i would like that 1 instead of the later appointment". i booked the 18th and have now been charged for both appointments. Their staff made a mistake and i was double charged. RIPOFF

I would have left 0 stars if that was possible. I changed appointments. The staff did NOT take off the old appointment and i was charged for both appointments. What a rip off. I stated " does my lash tech have anything earlier than my appointment on the 25th". The receptionist said "yes" i came in and had my lashes done on the18th instead of the appointment on the 25th. I was just charged full price for both appointments. The manager refused to credit my account for the mistake their representative made. I will be cancelling my membership and pulling my cc off file for them to charge whenever they see fit. That iz in violation of ANY contract i signed.

I have been coming to this location awhile now. Itzel does my lashes! She’s so quick, efficient, and really good at what she does. And she just became a master stylist! 10/10 recommend her.
