TERRIBLE scheduling services. They say you’re booked, but you’re not, they cancel on you last minute because the person they booked you with originally is actually not in on the SAME DAY of your service. Lastly, when you tell them you don’t want to be booked with someone you had a terrible experience with, they book you anyway and don’t tell you until the day of so you can’t get your lashes done when you planned…On top of all that, they are always running behind! I’ve been a member since January and I’ve finally realized their terrible service is enough to cancel my membership. DONT GO HERE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The manager Emily there is the best! She is very accommodating.The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because I paid an extra $20 on top of the lash refill because I got it done by a “master” instead of a regular lash person? The receptionist did not tell me this BEFORE hand. The receptionist is Lindsey, so Lindsey if you’re reading this, please make sure to let customers know this policy before. I don’t mind paying $120 for my lashes, but an extra $20 for a label on a eyelash tech? On the website it mentions none of this.Also, the person who worked on my lashes wasn’t even a “master”. I let her know that the inner eye corner looks like it’s missing lashes. I told her upfront and She did nothing about it… it seems like it’s more about hourly work rather than actually make sure the customers are happy with their lashesService: Lash lift

I was super excited that they could fit me in for a quick touch up before the holiday. Unfortunately after hurrying to get there on time, I was told that company policy prevented them from doing a 30 min touch up because it had been almost three weeks from my full. Something one might expect to be told over the phone. No one looked to see that my full was still pretty full except on the outer eye. Then they said I could pay for a full or nothing. When I mentioned I did not have time for a full because of a prior appointment, they turned their backs and proceeded to discuss the remainder of their day. I left without even a goodbye. So lesson learned- you wont take my money because of company policy. Seems like a sound business model. Disappointed to say the least.

I got my lashes done at this location and Ari (if that’s how you spell her name) was my stylist. The lashes were pretty, but they started falling out in clumps the very next day after I got them. One week later, they’re almost completely gone. At the appointment I also specifically asked for not a lot of volume. A week after my appointment, they charged me an extra $65, and when I called they told me I was being charged for a volume set I didn’t receive. Apparently Ari insisted that she discussed a $65 fee with me and that I agreed to it and this simply did not happen. And in any case, I don’t know why I would be charged a week after the fact anyway. I’m currently waiting on their customer service to email me back about a refund. Really regret my 20% tip lol. Definitely won’t be back to this location.**update**I was able to finally speak with the manager and she refunded my $65. Probably still won’t be back bc the quality was poor but gave an extra two stars since I got my refund.

The receptionist did not make sure to put my appointment in the books and now I have a wedding in a few hours. No lashes, no other stylist available and they did not offer to call another location. It was unexpected for this location because I love the stylists here. Very disappointed and now I do not have the look I desired for this important family wedding.

KP did classic eyelashes for my wedding. She didn't miss a beat! My eyelashes looked GORGEOUS and she was very mild handed. Nice even lashes with a natural look. She listened to what I wanted and executed flawlessly.

Do not go to the studio. They will sign you up for automatic draft without your consent after you have declined it twice and refuse to take a look at their employees who are fraudulently stealing from bank accounts. I do not live here I am traveling for work and I point-blank declined the offer both times in their establishment. I have filed a police report for theft as the manager refuses to take responsibility for her staff in their fraudulent behaviors in order to make a quota.

Hey fellow moms! If you bring your kid with you - your appointment will be cancelled. This is not shared anywhere on the multiple confirmation emails sent. I just walked in, sat for exactly 30 seconds before I was told they couldn't service me because I had my kid with me. We're both wearing masks. Sucks. Won't be back here.
