STAY AWAY !! 8am appt and picking trailer up 24 hours later !! Brokers lie !! No appt at this place !!
Told me they’d call as soon as it was empty, just came to check on trailer because still no call and it was completed 5 hours ago, NO CALL !! They are worthless and could care less about drivers !! 9 trucks ahead of me and took them 19 hours to unload 10 trucks !

Any trucking company that takes cargo here will spend 2-3 days waiting!!! The appointment for 1 night is now 10 am, the next unloading was at 7 am!!! They are not interested in anything and even brokers do not decide anything!) 9 pallets are 5 minutes of work)))) This establishment should be closed and people sent to kindergarten !) other truckers have been waiting for 2-4 days already!)))

Today is October 6th. My appointment is at 12pm. It's 21:25pm now and the goods haven't been unloaded yet. The workers are lazy and the manager is incompetent. It would be better to close it. They don’t care about reviews anymore. Just to add, it's now 10:45 am on October 7th and the unloading has not yet finished. Damn warehouse. The young man with glasses had a very bad attitude at the check-in door15

Don’t go to this warehouse, cancel the load if you can. Took 4 days to get me unloaded. Appointment 9/14, I left there 9/18. Staff very rude. They never attend to drivers.

This is my third day waiting to get unloaded and still waiting, other 7s drivers have the same experience, no more Amazon ld going to deny it, other drivers saying the same thing.

Had an appointment scheduled at 1:00pm, they tell me they won’t be able to unload me for a couple of days. Huh??? Isn’t that the point of an appointment, so crap like this doesn’t happen? 3 days of doing nothing I guess

It's a disgusting company. It took 24 hours for my trailer to be empty. You have to be prepared with food and drinks because there's nothing there.
