The workers will see you looking for something and not even provide help they will literally stand behind you and talk to each other, even in the fitting room I pressed the help button and no body even came what’s the point.

My experience at this location at the Galleria at Dallas Pkwy recently was down right horrible. I spoke to the store on April 17th about returning some jeans, provided the details, and they told me to come in and it would not be a problem. I go in Sunday afternoon April 23rd, and spoke to a representative at the store where they assured me they would get me taken care of. She then handed me over to another representative to find replacements. After about an hour or more of trying on jeans, and trying to ignore conversations in the dressing room about being overwhelmed and needing to talk to their manager, and that Ross didn't do this etc., I was finally ready to get checked out. I get to the counter a representative Rose, who was no where to be seen until I got to the register, informed me the jeans I had could not be exchanged. That she had spoken to the manager and it could not be done. I then spoke with the manager Celeste who mentioned the same.I told them I had explained my situation before I arrived, and showed them my phone when I called and spoke to a store represenative on the 17th. I repeated what I had mentioned. No sympathy from Rose or Celeste not even a sorry this happened. Celeste then walked away. I informed Rose about the policy on line for returns, and also if they couldn't return them why did they allow me to try on jeans. They wasted my time, and could have said something. They had my jeans in their hands the whole time I was there.I called the corporate office and they confirmed what I believed to be true, and suggested calling a different location and they saved the day and got me taken care of. To say the least this is the last time I visit this location. Exchanges are up to the managers discretion, so if the manager says no you won't get your exchange, despite having been told different by other associates at the same location. The customer service at this location needs an overhaul, because I got helped, but at a different location, where they apologized for the bad experience, and they made it right. Thank you Milan at the corporate office also who suggested I visit a different location. I am glad I called! You helped me beyond words. Thank you!

Ashley and Kendra were great. Everyone else seemed kind of standoffish and unenthusiastic to be there. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t come back to this location.

i went there today and they left my security tag on… every time i go to this aerie they always leave the security tag on and i live far so it’s a hassle to come back to get it taken off. if i try to take it off it would ruin the shirt so i don’t really have an option. Won’t be coming back.

Manager Naxiheli Rodriquez is a shopping ? experience in heself. I already love the Galleria American Eagle and have been shopping here for myself and my 14 yr old daughter for yrs but she blew us away with how badass and accommodating she is.She helped us both find lots of shorts. Suggested ideas when we described what we were looking for. Ran back and forth getting us sizes as different styles fit differently.Just a great personality in general. So took time out to leave a good review and show Mrs. Rodriquez sum luv? Thanks

I was at the store today at about 3pm and as soon as I go to walk in I was greeted by an extremely rude employee telling me to put a mask on while hers isn’t even above her nose. Then I felt rushed because every 5 seconds an employee is coming up to me asking if I was finding everything okay, if I needed help with a size, and or need a fitting room, when I haven’t even had a chance to look at anything yet. If a company is going to enforce masks make sure your employees are also following your policy.
