I have been a customer of HerRoom and HisRoom for years and there's nowhere else that I would ever shop for my lingerie needs. I am an unusual size and not only did the amazing customer support team at HerRoom help me get into the right size, they also had the best selection of bras in my size that I have been able to find.

Do NOT buy from Herroom. Reddit is stuffed with negative reviews regarding returns, and Herroom screens out negative reviews on their website and Facebook. I returned a tankini a month ago using their return label and still no word on when I'm getting my money back. Like MANY other people, I've had to start a chargeback through my credit card company.

I worked for this company some years ago.The work was hard, but everyone tried their best.My co-workers were nice and friendly.I was one of the 2 non-hispanic employees.The management was bad. They didn't care about the safety of their employees at all.People said there were 2 warehouses but they merged into one. One didn't have enough space. So, they moved rows of shelves closer to each other, adding more shelves on the top of already high shelves.Few of employees were tall, but still had to tiptoe on the top of the ladder to reach by hand. Many even had to use the stick.Not enough space, they made the rods above the packaging area to hang clothes. When we needed those items, we had to roll the big platform ladder closer to packaging area; one hand held on to the ladder, one hand reached out to grab the items. It was scary and unsafe.There was a hispanic girl, she told me she fell and got hurt on her leg, but they didn't care, ignored her and she had to continue to come to work.I quit because it was unsafe work environment. In addiction, they, the supervisor guy and leader woman (both were hispanic), treated me with discrimination worse and worse. When they had hard orders, they gave it to me.For months after I quit, they didn't give me my last paycheck.After many emails back and forth and many excuses, they ignored me completely.I sent them last email, said if in 2 more weeks they didn't give me my last paycheck, I had to contact Texas Department of Labor.Until then, they told me to come and take my last paycheck. Just unbelievable.I miss my co-workers there.Stay away from this horrible company, people.

I have ordered from HisRoom many times in the past, and have usually been pleased with them. However, I ordered 2 items from them, both of which were backordered. I inquired about one item, and was told that it was expected to be in stock 10 years in. I agreed to have the first item cancelled; instead the whole ordered was cancelled, including the 2nd item which had recently come into stock. When I made my original purchase, the 2nd item was at a discounted price. I really wanted the 2nd item, so I attempted to purchase it again, and I was successful -- though the price was higher than when I had made the original purchase. I asked HisRoom to honor the original price since they should have fulfilled the partial order once the item came back in stock, but they declined.

Awful experience with HerRoom. Their customer service is careless, incompetent, and are no supervisors available when needed. The refund policy is extremely is slow and chaotic.Run from them is my advise.

Specifically for Her Room......terrible customer service and company policy. Waited over a month for my exchange when the website says they'll send it right out. Had to call and ask where it was in order to prompt them to send it. Same with a refund, if you forget....so will they, conveniently. I want to return an item they sent the wrong size in and they refuse to pay for return shipping? The return address isn't listed anywhere on their website? No one answers the phone. If you leave a message no one will call you back. And now no one is available on chat.

This review is specific to HerRoom. I placed an order 4 days ago. Two of the items were on back-order so I expected the rest of the order to ship. That is usually how it's done. None of the order has shipped, and Customer Service refuses to respond to my inquiries. I have emailed them 8eight or ten times with no response. I will avoid this business in the future. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't even read their emails!
