Dr. Wright and the team provided exceptional care. Initially scheduled with Dr. Thompson for surgery, we encountered an emergency, and Dr. Wright promptly coordinated with Dr. Porterpan, ensuring his staff reached out to me without delay. I am immensely grateful for this swift response. Both Dr. Porterpan and Dr. Radasch were also outstanding. Thank you all for your caring and compassionate approach. My only suggestion would be to have a contact number for pet parents to reach out after hours.

I have a 80 pound dog very sick with cancer, she was a street dog and will not get in the car. I have to sedate her to get her in cage, hire men to help me with her, rent a car as I have a Honda, and get to the appointment within 10 minutes of the time or I will lose the appointment. I requested some flexibility as I have all the hoops to get through to get there. I was told no, you have 10 minutes or you will lose your appointment. I was getting the vibe that these ladies would love to do that when I said I really would appreciate some understanding. No, you have 10 minutes at the most. I also asked to speak to the Dr. that saw her 13 months ago and paid many thousands of dollars on tests, No, that was over 12 months so you cannot talk to him. Today I get a demand for the consultation prepaid since I was a new customer, I explained I was not a new customer, have the same dog. NO, it is over 12 months you were here. The tyranical policies were rude, hateful, and disrepectful to me and my dog.You have to lose any self respect to get an appointment at this clinic and suck up to the endless uncompassionate dictates.Cancelled the appointment , had enough .

We are so very fortunate to have this specialty clinic here in Dallas. We can’t say enough kind words about the oncology department. It’s not a place you want to have to go to with your pet but when our sweet English shepherd had nasal cancer we were so blessed to have the expertise of Dr. Custis and his staff to guide us thru this very sad time. We will be forever grateful to everyone from Dr. Custis and his staff to the receptionists. Most grateful,Mark and Judy Spivey

We have been coming here since 2012. First visits were with Stickers before he passed. We come here now with his brother Cheddars. The staff & Dr. Munger are incredibly kind and compassionate. It’s sometimes hard to find providers in our area, that don’t primarily focus on dogs or horses. Cheddars loves the staff, & I always feel comfortable & relieved after being here.

After being treated upstairs they had me bring my dog to the oncology center to be told I needed to put her down immediately. The doctor walked in and made this declaration as soon as they stepped in the room. Maybe you could’ve saved me and my dying dog the trip up there and the $300 by just looking at the file beforehand. Way to make an already very stressful time worse. Thanks for making me load up my dying dog in the car for no reason and charging me $300 for a 2 minute visit. Be better.

The Oncology and Critical Care departments were great to interact with over the last few months. They were empathetic and realistic about Bella's condition. The surgery, aftercare, medications, Bella's overnight stays, et cetera were handled professionally and with compassion toward her and me. The bereavement card signed by Doctors Custis and Aslanian, Andrew, Maddie, Leigh Ann, and Julie was touching and unexpected.

These guys are the BEST. They have taken care of our dog Moose like he is family. The things they do and the way they treated him has been nothing short of amazing.

Our dogs got into some rat poison and were very sick. Dr. Portepan and every single person at this clinic was amazing and saved our dogs. They could not have been more compassionate, responsive and overall kind. They gave me updates over several days and let us visit. I can not say enough good things about this hospital. The staff is amazing! Thank you!

Had radiation therapy and no support has been given in communication from any of the techs or vet except two phone calls from a tech who called while I was on the phone with a vet that does actually answer calls. No post op instructions on what to expect. Dog is dying and 10k out. Covid ended May 5th, the clinic is closed to any calls on Saturday due to Covid. No after hours line even though they're the only experts in what they do when they treat your pet for something rare. At least make a line for absolute emergencies with a virtual assistant to filter cases. It's not hard. If you have to take them there make them call you back because they won't. Ask detailed questions in case of worst case scenario otherwise they won't give you any instructions. Also sent in medical records from another vet. It took them 3 days to find it. To busy making money to follow up on dying dogs once they've got your money. And don't respond saying a voicemail from a tech who promised to call back and didn't is a solution. Had to get my amazing vet to to call theirs and that was the only way my vet could get up to date. Go to Med Vet in Dallas if you have any emergencies, they're much better at responding to them. Shame on y'all for not providing any sort of feedback on how to take care of a dog with post radiation complications other than give her medication. Pretty hard to do when she's dying, having seizures, and won't wake up.Update: my dog died yesterday. Would have been nice to have seizure medication since other vets have given this medication for tumors far less bigger and less aggressive than this form of tumor that she had. Ask your vet about seizures especially silent seizures when considering radiation therapy.Reply: The business replied asking about my client, you mean my pet? Oakley was my dog that died due to negligence of this business. Preventive care should be thorough and there's nothing thorough about this place. None of the staff are educated on proper post op guidelines or suggestions. Poorly run business.

Everyone in the oncology clinic is so caring. When my boy Theo finished his radiation treatments they sent home a goodie bag along with a certificate saying he graduated.

Horrible experience trying to get into the hospital. Upper management, however, was proactive, empathetic and very helpful. Based on that and the publication history of their medical chief, I recommend the clinic.

Had a bad experience trying to get in. However, management was incredibly proactive, empathetic and helpful. Strongly recommend the clinic based on the discussions I had with upper management and the publication history of the head physician.
