The worst service I've ever experienced at any retail store in my life. My AirPods were damaged in the rain. Fortunately, I have Apple care plus which means I get a replacement pair for a small-ish fee. Unfortunately, i used this store to try and get that done. After 3 "Genius" bar appointments I still don't have a working pair of AirPods. Insane.

This place gets extremely crowded and is a very huge store. It was crowded when we arrived in Oct 2023. My daughter, my cousin, and I stopped by to purchase an iPad pencil. We were able to quickly serviced and made our purchase. The agent was nice and provided great customer service. We were in and out in a jiffy! ?

I made a reservation to get my phone looked at. I show up to my reservation and wait for about 30 minutes to be seen. My phone is under the limited warranty but not under Apple Care warranty. I happened to crack the back of my iPhone shortly after I purchased the phone. I came to the store to address other issues I was having with the phone. It was interesting that the conversation kept going back to cracked back glass even though it had no impact on the phones functionality. I’m like hey think I have a defective phone and I’m under Apples limited warranty. After driving to the mall, walking to the store, waiting to speak with a rep the resolution was pay $600 to fix your phone or buy a new phone. The frustrating part is that you have to purchase AppleCare in order to get proper service. I didn’t purchase AppleCare because I am careful with my phones, but for some reason the 14 Pro back glass is prone to breaking. I looked on Apples website and you can’t even buy this phone anymore. Makes me think Apple realized this too and decided to correct the issue with the 15 Pro by allowing the back glass to be replaced. It’s disappointing that you have to pay extra to get the level of service that should be standard.

Terrible store. inexperienced, uninformed and uninterested employees. I went to buy a phone. And they said I could make monthly payments with applecard. I said OK. Will you check my credit score? He said no. Then I received a message from the bank that my credit score was being checked. Then l asked him you told me we will not check your credit store. But you did. He looked at me shamelessly, laughed and said l didnt say such a thing. and shamelessly asking, we are good? It was a terrible experience. I don't even want to walk through the door of an apple store again so as not to remember that moment and that disrespect.

The guy I worked with was their top Geek so they said, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a dead phone, and it was questionable whether I was going to be able to recover anything. Well, the phone was a goner. That was the second opinion and I pretty much knew it was. Anyway, the guy set me up with a knew iPhone at a very reasonable price without trade in. I was very happy about that, and he made it very easy for get on and restore my data! I was thrilled. He would’ve done more but I didn’t have my password. So he made it easy for me. He worked past closing time with me. I was very grateful. I can’t remember his name, but the guy that referred me to him said he was their best. I refer to him as their “Top Geek.” ?

We went there to trade in and purchase a computer, but it was out of stock. We were given an email address to send management a request to help us pre-order it at a different store. It was a bad email.We spent several hours talking to Apple Support, and no one seemed to understand how to determine if a computer was in stock. At some point, there were FOUR laptops placed on our account. After that was resolved, we were told it was sold out.We need the laptop by the end of this week. We are literally waving money in Apple's face. For as much as these computers cost, we are extremely disappointed in the service. Is this a scam?

My husband and I went to buy new phones. I'm guessing we got our last phones 7 years ago. I was worried that I might lose all the information in my phone when we switched. But Richard was there today and was absolutely amazing with his abilities to swiftly and smoothly conduct the business end of switching our information over while visiting with me and explaining everything as we went. I am so glad we went in. I cannot imagine trying to smoothly do all this transferring by yourself within the same time frame. I highly recommend the store and its personnel (several people interacted with us and were all so nice). But Richard was a great blessing. Thank you Richard!

Apple offers free classes for their products! Having attended one recently ("sessions" under Apple Store app), I wanted to thank educator Andrew for teaching me how to use ProCreate app on iPad. He was such a professional - communicative, insightful, patient, helpful and clearly knew the product (like the back of his hand). Andrew tailored the lesson to my work needs while somehow making it fun. I would highly recommend anyone check this bonus knowledge out to maximize their Apple experience.

I picked out a $2050 computer online and the delivery time said 2 1/2 weeks for delivery. I called the local Apple Galleria phone number to ask if the computer I wanted was in stock. I ended up with a corporate person who said the computer was in stock. I also verified the price was the same in the. store.I headed to Apple at Galleria gave the salesman a 60-second rundown of exactly what I want I wanted and then the price was $30 off. He realized he had not clicked the numeric keypad with a fingerprint. That is when it went south. He said that I'd have to buy the keypad separately. I asked him to go ask the Mgr if he could make the adjustment based on the inaccurate information the Apple Rep on the phone gave me.NOPE--they would not do it even though I drove out of my way, wasted my time, and still walked out without a computer and still have not received the one I ordered online when I got home.I called and spoke to Chris the MGR at the Apple store on my way home. He fed me a line of crap. how HE WOULD HAVE APPROVED THE ADJUSTMENT. This just goes to show that either he was lying or they have trained their staff so poorly that someone didn't ask management. Instead of doing the right thing, they sent me out the door angry, with a bunch of time wasted and NO COMPUTER. Now Apple will post how sorry they are for the crappy service I received. The reality is that they don't care or they'd look at their 2.2-star rating and do something to improve their service.

I bought my son a McBook pro less than two months ago. It now has a problem on the screen. I went to the Apple Store in Galleria in Dallas. They gave me the round around about the problem. Instead of paying attention and care for their customer, they seem to be more interested in protecting their own. It sucks . The laptop costed me more than my three other laptops combined. But other never had problems. Don’t buy Apple and stay away from Apple Store. They don’t seem to understand it’s our money that pays for their job.

I had a pickup order and I had to do a trade in as well, Ariel saw me walk in and immediately greeted me! Usually I have to wait a couple minutes because they’re always busy but Ariel was really kind and super helpful. Great experience today!

This was the most awesome experience. We had an appointment. We purchased two phones and a tablet. Took a very long time due to all the options. Even though they got super busy, we were never rushed.Make an appointment!!

I visited recently to bring my MacBook for a long overdue battery replacement, after purchasing it from this store in 2019. Exactly the next day the replacement was completed which was CRAZY quick, but anyway. I wanted to give an employee shoutout to Rodrigo for all of the patience, kindness, and support they showed me while I checked-in my laptop for servicing. Definitely one of the sweetest people I’ve met in my life. Thanks for all of your help and uplifting conversation, Rodrigo! :’)
