They aren’t willing to help us unlock my brother’s phone. He forgot his code due to a heart attack/ possible stroke.
The personnel at this store couldn’t unlock it. Either they don’t want to ,they think we are lying, or they don’t care.
Apple Care seems like a waste of time .
Next time I’ll just buy a cheap Chinese phone - which is where Apple phones are made anyway.

I was trying to buy an accessory from this Apple Store, and one of the associates was trying to talk to me. So I asked: how much better is this compare to those selling on Amazon? And the associate replied: if you are looking for a discount, this is not the right place to be! ??? Really ???

Professional courteous knowledgeable. Made me feel like a human being, not just another customer. Manager on staff was excellent in explaining my situation. Clear concise and professional. Wish this experience transcended beyond just Apple and into other areas of service industries. Very grateful.

We've owned many Apple products over the years, but have never been to the Apple store. We had the pleasure of working with Terrent and we cannot say enough about how well we were treated. He was so patient with our family and all of questions. He was more than gracious with his time and knowledge and anytime we have a need we will make Apple our first stop.

Felt like they overscheduled new iPhone & watch pickups. Sept 20th I arrived 5 minutes early for my new iPhone 17 Pro Max and Ultra 3 watch. Store was jam packed with harried associates and customers. They couldn’t port old watch Verizon activation to new. They couldn’t process my iPhone 16 Pro Max or Ultra 2 watch trades. They didn’t email my accessories [screen protector and case] receipt. Ovewrall an unusually disappointing Apple experience. But I blame management & the scheduling team for creating such a tough situation for the poor store associates and Apple customers. When we got back to Boston I visited Apple Chestnut Hill for a typical Apple 5-Star Experience- got my trade ins processed in about 20 minutes. Also recycled my iMac. What a difference!
