Walked in and was able to be seen and helped right away. Z was super knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect phone as a gift for my mother-in-law. It was one of the most efficient and seamless retail experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I left extremely happy with the service Z provided to me! Thanks again!

I was never asked if I needed help I looked at the 15 plus. I just looked at the colors and then left. It would have been nice if someone asked me if I needed help to acknowledge I was there.

I just want to recognize Mr. Suresh. He did a great job on handling my issue quickly and professionally. Your positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers is appreciated and rare to find in our era. You demonstrated excellent knowledge and leadership during my visit, which helped me feel confident in my apple product purchases again. Not to forget Mr. Kelvin that did assist in finalizing the transaction, he was also very patient and knowledgeable.Both Mr. Suresh and Mr. Kelvin are great asset to apple as a company and to the north park store in particular. I did visit the gallery mall Apple Store the day before and had to walk out cause of “Desh” careless attitude and customer service.

Absolute worse customer service i've experienced with apple. It's put me off enough to no longer want apple products. I paid for a full two years of apple care, made an appointment, arrived early and got argued with about how long my iPhone 15 Pro Max repairs would take and got told it'd take to the next day. I've never had an iPhone needing repairs into the next day. The service rep told me my phone was good enough to use and tried to tell me to keep my phone how it was, back was glass shattered and bulging, front screen had lines and was unresponsive. She continued to insist that it was fine and did not warrant needing to be repaired today, she herself locked out my phone trying to press one number on the keypad.. She told me it wasn't a priority repair and other phones ahead needed to be done today and not mine. I cannot believe the *service* I was given. I am now having to request off work to drive another 3 hour round trip to this apple store to get my phone tomorrow since mine wasn't important enough.

Just wanted to take a second to shout out your salesperson, Van. She was incredible to work with. She was very patient with all my questions, and was so easy to work with. I can't think of a time where I have had better customer service anywhere! Made a trip to the store that I was dreading going into a great experience. Thank you!

MOST of the staff is kind and helpful, but there is one guy that always seems to be rude and condescending to whom ever he’s helping. It’s always crowded and I always have to wait more than 30 minutes to be helped for my scheduled appointment.

A special thank you to Valerie, Aqsa, Adam, Dallas, Taylor and Michael for helping me through every step of my visit from Valerie and Aqsa helping me out with getting my old phone cleaned and taken care of to Adam, Dallas, Michael and Taylor taking care of me getting a new IPhone 15pro max they made sure I was taken care of and had patience courtesy and care throughout my visit. I’m thankful to have came across amazing workers that exemplified what true Customer service should be no matter what the situation. They went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of and more than satisfied after leaving. You guys are amazing and had nothing but great vibes and energy good energy. Not happy with them at all they try to tell me that they could not replace my phone after sending out a phone that had a button that did not work on the iPhone 15 ,the snapshot button and the volume button I tried to put the blame off on spectrum for sending me a bad phone.
