Great location and great experience. It preserves the American dining experience and the service provided was phenomenal. I was in a rush and server Nazly Caballero went above I was expecting. She brought my order exactly as I ordered, very people oriented. Definitively I will come back.

Passing through Dallas, we decided to stop at Applebee's... What a mistake that turned out to be... Now the restaurant definitely wasn't busy, maybe a handful of tables occupied.. we waited a while to be sat down and then didn't see our server for nearly 20mins... our server then arrives and takes our order, and trust me, it wasn't a complicated order yet our food took forever to arrive... and as you will see in the photos the food just looked depressing... literally two sticks of celery on the entire plate, the food was barely edible... Definitely do not recommend this place coupled with the bad food and non-existent customer service... very disappointing..

Coming from the UK, this is pretty good fish & chips!! Came with tartare sauce too which was great, also throughly enjoyed the coleslaw and fries. Unexpectedly surprised with the quality.

This Applebee's has an easy-to-find location inside DFW's Terminal D by Gate 11, next to the escalators that go up to the train. This Applebee's has a pretty good-sized dining room for an airport location and includes a "patio" area (still covered by the 50-foot ceilings of the Terminal). They had a nice mix of tables, booths, and bar-style high tables. If you're familiar with Applebee's, they offer a full bar, and a nice variety of burgers, pasta, salads, soups, steak, and other comfort food. The menu at this airport location is trimmed down, but still offers a good variety. I found one of my favorites, the baby back ribs and ordered that along with a glass of fresh brewed iced tea. The server did a great job making me feel welcome and bringing refills. The ribs were in a lot of small pieces rather than the rack I've usually had at Applebee's but it tasted the same, and it was a generous portion. The fries were perfect, hot and crisp. The "side of slaw" was what surprised me... it came in a tiny plastic cup like what you would use to bring a guest some extra ketchup... Is there a scarcity of cabbage? It held about three bites, but now I can say I ate my side of vegetables...It was nice to have a substantive meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The employees were pleasant and the music at a good level for conversation.I enjoyed my visit and think you will too!

Costs 30% more than a typical Applebee's. Still guilts you into tipping over 20% for terrible service. Same old microwaved cheeseburgers and french fries. They practically rush you in and out so they can turn over tables, it's not even a good sports bar at the airport.

Server was rude and staff were unprofessional. Restaurant in general was not clean. Food was below standard.

Ate here during a 3 hour layover. The staff was friendly and attentive. The server inquired about our departure time to determine how swiftly she needed to take our order to get are food prepared and out to us. Although we were taking our time in the restaurant, as we were not in a rush, the food took about 10 minutes to come out once we placed our order.

Expensive but for airport food not bad. Larger portion then expected (breakfast bun). Pleasent staff.

It's like 7am-ish on Christmas Eve in the airport. My expectations are low. I'm not a fan of Applebee's in any location, but our options were limited. The waitress informs us right away that they only offer 1 breakfast sandwich but a full lunch/dinner menu. Ok ? ?? I was glad she told us right away. The waitress was super nice. She was very attentive to all of the customers even though I'm convinced she was the only waitress there.

Fries were the worst I have had. Limpy and bitter. Likely from super old oil. Yuck!!!!
