“I've had a backyard wood oven since 2005. It was good for pizza and grilling, but had no ability to retain heat. When we decided to remodel our kitchen and put a wood burning oven inside, I knew I wanted an oven with great heat retention so I could bake for days on retained heat. I did a lot of research and eventually found Bread Stone Ovens. Our experiences has been nothing less than 5 stars. The oven arrived perfectly and our contractor was able to speak with the company without delay many times while we installed the oven. The final remodel took 12 more months and we actually cooked with fire during that whole time. I have roasted meats and veggies, baked weekly bread, made tarts, cookies, empanadas, and slow cooked bolognese sauce overnight and braised many meats. Most of this on retained heat! Of course, we have made our share of pizza too.
A typical weekend starts on Friday with pizza and a 900 -1000 degree oven. Saturday morning I bake bread retarded in the fridge on retained heat with the dome at 500 and floor at 450. Saturday afternoon we might make a tart, quiche, pie or cookies around 350 to 375, Saturday night I might pop in something to slow cook around 200 to 250 overnight and Sunday I can still use the oven to warm up left over pizza or make toast right on the oven floor. Due to our kitchen size we opted for the 800B and it has been sufficiently large enough for all our needs. We have even cooked a goose and turkey in it!
This is a true baking oven with great heat retention and quality materials. Four Grand-Mere should be considered among the best ovens on the market. Can't recommend enough!”

“Washing machine wasn't draining anymore, needed the pump to drain water. Only place close and quick to get parts. Walked in was greeted polite, asked what I need. Told them what I needed and looked for the part ( also had the old drain pump with me) once they found the part we compared it to make sure it was the same and payed for it. Got home and fixed washing machine all in one day. Really glad they are close by and had the part in stock! Great polite people! Really recommend them.”
