My husband and I just recently purchased a home and fell in love with a dining table we saw on the Arhaus website. We went in the store and loved it even more in person. Arhaus typically has beautiful pieces so we were excited to go to the store and see what new items they had in addition to the dining table. Jeffrey pleasantly greeted us and we absolutely loved him. He really took his time in helping us figure out what additional items would go best with not just the dining table, but with the design of our home as well. We looked at various chairs and rugs and really found pieces we really loved. Jeffrey was amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with. When we come back to look for furniture for other rooms in our house, I look forward to working with Jeffrey again.

I love Arhaus furniture, but I would not go back to that store. If you have young children and Toddlers, you may be treated poorly by some associates. If this store can’t accept children walk in, they should put a sign and don’t let them in. DO BETTER.

It’s a scam if you take Arhaus plan. If you sign up for paperless, they won’t notify you even via email to let customer know that they are charging interest. Charged me $1598 straight off on interest without notifying that they will charge me interest of that whooping amount.Update after getting response from Arhaus: Going paperless doesn’t mean you don’t NOTIFY customer via ELECTRONIC means, before charging them large amount. We have never ever been notified by Arhaus that your promotion is getting expired. Every big or small company out there, where customer chooses paperless, are notified ELECTRONICALLY. We understand that it’s just a basic tactic to get away for charging customers more by saying you chose paperless. And yes, we have reached out to customer service and escalated to talk to manager and the same verbiage they use that oh you chose paperless. Well you guys lost a very loyal customer over the tactics used and never ever recommending Arhaus to anyone in future. It’s a legit scam!

We had the pleasure of working with Biz and Chance from Arhaus Design Services in Dallas, and can't praise them enough for transforming our living room, dining room, and outdoor seating area. Their design recommendations were spot-on, and the furniture's quality is exceptional. What sets them apart is their dedication— from personally showing us pieces at the Arhaus store to hands-on participation in the installation, Biz and Chance ensured everything fit seamlessly. Their talent and commitment breathed new life into our home. Highly recommend their expertise!

Mimi Gayle at Arhaus Dallas is the BEST salesperson I have ever worked with. She is so sweet, personable and takes her time to find the perfect piece of furniture you are looking for.She does not stop there though! I encountered an issue with my dining table after delivery and having a difficult time with concierge services. I called her, she gave me her email address and she escalated it to the right people to get my problem fixed! She goes above and beyond even after purchasing which is definitely rare! Thank you so much Mimi!!

I have to say Arhaus is one of the best places to go furniture shopping! My joyful life partner (that's what I call my girlfriend) and I went to SO many stores around Dallas and couldn't find any furniture that we liked. My sister recommended Arhaus and as soon as we started to walk the floor we were AMAZED and all the AWESOMELY BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE!!! Now the problem I have in life is that even when I see great furniture I don't know how to design it to where it will look good. That's when Edie-A came to our rescue. Edie-A (I know what a cool name for a person) came up and asked us what we were looking for. As soon as we told her she took us all over the store putting everything together for us after looking at our floor plan and our living space that we were moving into. She even started to pick up chairs from all over the store and put it next to the other furniture we were going to buy since she knew I couldn't visualize it. She was simply AMAZING AND MADE OUR LIVES SO MUCH EASIER! Because of her gifted interior designing mind and her fun personality we were able to pretty much buy everything we needed. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend both Arhaus and working with Edie-A if you are looking to make your house feeling like a beautifully crafted home :)PS - We even blew bubbles in the store together which was a ton of fun! A little bubble joy which some new furniture, oh boy! :)

I’ve been shopping at Arhaus for the past five years for their quality, uniqueness, and Lina Ahmed! Lina has helped me furnish two condos in Austin and her customer service is unmatched. She goes above and beyond by giving me updates on my orders and following up after every delivery. Whenever I visit the store, she makes a point to say hello and chat after tending to another customer.Dallas is so lucky to have such talent!!

Just bought 2 chairs 3 months ago and the stitching was coming up on the seam and the seam on the chair was coming apart. I contacted the company and they consider it decorative. Even though it is holding the leather pieces together and it now separating. I am having to cover the costs to fix my new chair. Do not buy furniture from them. No backing of their product.

Deb Cleare who helped us with our “ Man Cave “ was amazing. She stayed in touch from ordering, delivery time then followed up after delivery. She definitely knows her stuff, totally knowledgeable and extremely kind!!! We will be returning clients!!!

Our first time in store was made memorable by the amazing design consultants, their customer service, the furniture and decor AND the amazing sale that Arhaus is currently having. Thank you Tiffany, Tiffany and Karen for helping us find what we needed and giving us great ideas for our home. The floor sale items are a steal - these are all final sale items and regardless of the size of what you’re getting you’re responsible for taking it home. They cannot be delivered to your home by the store. Arhaus also has other “sale” sections that are discontinued or sale items that were not on the floor and are being sold to create space for new items. With the extra percentage off, these well made items are far less than what you’d pay for something similar at one of the nations largest retailers. Thank you Arhaus for being classy and beautiful.

Edie-A made my shopping experience phenomenal!! She patiently listened to my needs and knew exactly what items I needed for my house. She is a brilliant designer and truly cares about the customer’s needs. I will shop again at Arhaus with Edie-A!!

I’m disappointed in my experience with this store. I was told my furniture would be available for delivery in May 22nd, but that I couldn’t get on the schedule until I paid the remainder of my bill (I paid half upfront because everything wasn’t in stock at the time). Once I gave them my cc info I was told that my delivery would be closer to the end of June. We just bought a new house so we were ordering a good amount of furniture from the store. I talked it over with my husband and we decided to cancel the order and find furniture that could be delivered sooner. I called the store to cancel and they gave me the runaround like you wouldn’t believe. A man answered and said that he could help with my order. However, when I said that I wanted to cancel he put me on hold then came back to the phone and basically said that he couldn’t help me. He said that only the associate that I worked with was capable of changing it. I should mention that the associate that helped me didn’t take either one of my payments. Other employees helped me when I needed to pay. I questioned the validity of his statement and he came back and said that only her (my sales associate) or a manager could help and she wouldn’t be in until tomorrow (which is what they told me the day before) and there was no manager at the store either. I asked him for a second time, “are you sure there’s not a manager at your location today?” He then said that there was a manager there but that he was busy with a client. So, I asked for the assistant manager by name and he said that she wasn’t there either. Meanwhile he’s trying to rush me off the phone insisting someone could call me the next day. I asked him the name of the manager that was with another client and he gave me a name. I waited a few minutes and then I called back and asked for the manager by name. What do you think happened? You guessed it…the woman who answered said the manager wasn’t there but that I could talk to the assistant manager which was the same person I requested to speak to before. I told the asst manager I wanted to cancel the order and she said she’s locked out of my account and had to make some calls but wouldn’t be back in the store the next day.I hadn’t noticed before but there is barely any contact information on the arhaus website. The one phone number listed doesn’t work. I called 5 times and I have yet to talk to anyone. The automated system is on a loop once you request the operator. I’m so upset that I trusted this company and its associates. I believed it was reputable, but now that I am having an issue I have received very little help. I will never even entertain the idea of shopping here again.

I’m in the store now because I need dining chairs and a coffee table. I have money to spend!! I’ve been here 30 min walking around and not 1 person has said a word to me. And they are not busy!!! I love the brand but…geez! This experience has made me feel awful.
