It was a good option for my clothes but the owner treats her employees badly and Abla badly treats the clients. They gave me my clothes all dirty and when I got home I spoke to them and they very quickly told me that they would return them as is with the labels and I seized it and one of my husband's jackets, the one he wanted to use, had the same stain that I wore it with, which was not visible because it was loose around the neck, and I returned it with the labels and everything and they charged me and the employee told me The owner was upset because I came back with the clothes because the stain was fresh and they charged me $11.00 just for this laundry. It's bad that they treat it like that if I already paid them and they didn't clean it.

Do not bring your clothes to this cleaners . My son took a shirt here without a stain and we picked it up and now it has a stain. I REPEAT USE THIS CLEANERS AT YOUR OWN RISK .The owner is very unprofessional she does not take accountabilityFor her mistakes. I TOLD my son not to get your laundry done in the Hood.Updated 1/10/24This is not an Accusation this is fact. The stain was not on my shirt when I dropped if off . I took it to another cleaners to see if they could get the stain out. They said it was the Chemicals that your store uses. Some of the stain came out but it was Definitely your fault.

Amazing work. I've gone to Artistic Cleaners for over 10 years now. My clothes are super clean. Artistic gets every stain out. I move to north dallas on lover and Greenville Ave years ago. I started going to another cleaner closer to the house. I was very disappointed. My clothes were not clean. I started going back to Artistic. A little further to drive however it's worth it. Artistic is the best cleaner that really cleans your clothes and gives excellent customer service. Thank you Artistic Cleaner. You have a customer forever with me.
