I went to this location to return an item because there is not a store in Frisco. I traveled an hour away and they would not return my item. Mind you I do not live there I live 5 hours away I was visiting someone . I get to the store for the old lady that was working that day to tell me she dosent like to do returns without the packing slip. I told her it was not sent with packing a packing slip. I told her I do have the order number. She told me she could not return the item because I paid 24.00 for it. They were very rude in this store and only like to help old ladies that spend a lot of money. I will not ever go back to that location. It is very ghetto. They did have one lady that came in later, she was funny and nicer than the other two ladies. The older lady with the accent needs to learn her job and they need to learn better customer service skills in my opinion.

Ursla gave me very poor service. She loves saying what she not able to do. Yeah end up not needing her at all.

i bought the right size they sent the wrong pants. The order was right the tag was wrong and they don't replace them i sent thback and my refund has still not been sent to me after 17 days, i called they received the returned item. I'll never be back

Visited this location today and was HIGHLY disappointed. I was looking for some fishnet tights that I saw online. I found the tights, but because the box said "E," I didn't know what size that was. So I asked the question "what does "E" and "EE" mean. An older blk lady(I think her name was Rose) snaps and says, "It's on the back. So I turn the pkg over again and look, and there's nothing that says what the letters mean. She finally walks over and takes the tights from me and says "see it's on the back" which to her surprise it was not. After I state to her "next time don't be so quick to snap and say it's on the back because it's not. I read the packging and I pay attention". So after my point was proven to her she picks up another pair of tights and shows me what size is "E" and "EE". I also told her she should have apologized for snapping and telling me that it was on the back and it wasn't. Her words to me exactly were "I'm not going to do that. I gave you a hug". Now, if I treated her like that, she would be the main one talking about the service she received and how rude I was. I asked a simple question. This is the reason I'm writing this review. To tell me she's not going to apologize states to her character and the person you have working for you.

Had to return some clothes and the customer service is piss poor. It’s Christmas! Can you at least fake some holiday cheer, a smile, or something….do better…you are working with people!

Went into store to purchase items, the black lady Ms. Kim very rude and non friendly ignore customer act as if you were bothering her. Had issue with them no one in store knows how to do a tax event for customer, it’s above them. Ask if manager who was in the back could come out and just sign computer, rolled her eyes and said No we don’t work off the clock in a rude unprofessional tone. She can’t ever help me again she need some customer service training.

Brought an outfit here and the item is dirty the lady Ms Angela didn’t want to take anything off for a damage item she was harsh with her customer service not friendly won’t come here again
