First off, the office was clean and smelled good. The young lady by the name of Nette was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was quick to finish up the process aswell. All this took place in the rain and she had no issue showing me the unit.

They honor their promotions and the process is quick and convenient. However, on the day I moved in, the lock that was placed inside my unit went missing. No one was in the office when I went to report it, and when I returned, the neighbor next to my unit suddenly “offered” me an extra lock—which was clearly the same one taken from my unit. It was unsettling and made me question the security.
The property upkeep isn’t the grestest; some units are boarded up and vehicles are parked in inconvenient areas. The one positive is that they do have around 42 cameras on-site, so they’re fine for short-term or temporary storage needs, but I wouldn’t choose them long-term.

Excellent service!
Nette was very kind, warm, and professional. She made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and took her time to help me with great care. I truly appreciate her attitude and highly recommend her service!

Very from the person that took my payment,
I was told that my rent was going to prorated and that the following month I was going to pay less, yet I’m told that I will have to pay my full months rent because they didn’t put notes on the account.
The asked for the feedback line or a DDO or complaint line and she banged up on me. Will escalate for sure!!! I asked to view the cameras to find out and sure enough nothing

If I could leave ZERO stars I would!! They are T H I E V E S. We were having financial struggles & were a late on making a payment. Paid $600 just to see that our storage was EMPTY! They STOLE A 50 inch tv, a $500 slush machine that was for my business, car tools & parts. Everything valuable they took. We were left with only 2 rugs & a pair of shoes. They also took updated pictures AFTER THEY STOLE OUR ITEMS TO TRY TO COVER UP THE CRIME!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR BELONGINGS
