Edward, the guy with the glasses and the hat, gave me a really bad service experience. He was very rude when I asked him for assistance. I definitely do not recommend this branch.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any AT&T location, all thanks to Erwyn! He was absolutely amazing—super helpful, patient, and explained everything so clearly. It’s rare to come across someone so knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. Erwyn made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, and we left the store feeling extremely satisfied. He has such a great vibe and energy—it really made a difference. We’re so happy with the service we received. Erwyn is the best!

Notch, I could tell all staff that worked there were like him. I have to pass 3 stores to get this one and I will gladly do it every time if it means dealing with these gems!
In fact I went to one of those stores first and was met with such rude and demeaning behavior I had to leave-the whole time I was driving to the new store thinking how terrible it is that customers can be treated this way with no repercussions, playing the interaction over in my mind, etc. I was dreading having to spend my morning at an AT&T store….
And then I met Erwyn. Talk about restoring my faith in humanity!
I was in there for quite a while and watched him countless times treat each person that came in with the utmost respect, attention and patience. I could seriously go on but the bottom line is….
Just bravo bravo bravo on a well run store!!!

Got a new mobile line and a new phone back in Dec 2024 from this store. Canceled services within 14 day cancellation period but still got the bill for activation and usage. Didn't even open the mobile box neither activated the services. Called customer care and they mentioned activation charges and plan usage will be charged even if services not used. Store didn’t tell this while selling us the services. What a fraud!

As soon as you walk in you are greeted and make you feel welcomed. Erwin at this location was so knowledgeable and patient. There’s not enough people in this industry that know their job. He was so helpful!

I visited this store yesterday to get a new I-phone and I was welcomed by Jovanna Silva. She was very professional and provided great service! I mentioned what I was looking for and she got me the phone I needed, saved me some money on a new plan vs what I had, and processed the transfer of all my information into my new phone. There were a couple of gentleman from AT&T and both were very attentive to making sure I had no additional questions. I have been with AT&T for years and while I have always gotten good service, this store did an amazing job! Thank you Jovanna and your team for your service.

In that store they promise gift cards and the AI employees never gave them to me $200 and I went many times and they are just lies
