Edwin and Andrea were very welcoming once we came in today! Edwin is very informative and knowledgeable with every question we had. I truly recommend this location and these two employees hands down the best !

Great experience here! The girls that were working on the afternoon of 10/2/24 were doing a great job of juggling many customers, including myself! They were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!

0 stars. Showed up on 9/16 at 7:20 pm. They had the doors locked and there were two people inside hunched over their iphones with airpods in. The lady looked up at me and did a throat cut sign indicating that they were closed. The AT&T website says they are open until 8. Google says the verizon store next door is open until 8 and they were still assisting customers and letting them in their store. I hope a manager looks into the two individuals that were in the store doing nothing but stealing time.
Edit: Asked me to e-mail them (see response from the owner) and I did. They never responded. Bottom tier store.

I came in from out of town. Having problems with my current provider. I immediately was greeted by sales associate Marilyn. She was very pleasant and patient with me. She also answered all of my question regarding the different plans.If anyone in the area is looking for a good associate, please go with Marilyn.
